Welcome to your private Seagrove Beach getaway. Located near Seaside and WaterColor, this spacious 4-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom home sleeps up to 11 guests and features one of the most sought-after amenities on 30A—a private backyard pool. Combined with nearby beach access, outdoor entertaining space, and a prime location close to dining and shopping, this home offers the perfect setting for an unforgettable family vacation.
1. Home Appearance
Bikes, bike trailers, and golf carts should be properly stored or otherwise secured underneath the home. We prefer you leave them underneath the home when not in use. Porches should be clear of clutter and should not be used to store toys or beach supplies.
2. Smoking
Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited inside the property at all times, without exception.
3. Parties and Social Gatherings
Parties, gatherings, and other social functions are strictly prohibited.
4. Noise
Guests and visitors should keep noise at a minimum between 10 pm to 8 am.
5. Trash
Trash is picked up on Mondays and Thursdays. Please place bins by the driveway on Monday and Thursday mornings for pickup. Please roll trash bins back to the side of the house post pickup.
6. Access
The only entrance provided to the home is through the front door with access code. Remember the door will lock behind you, make sure to have codes on you at all times to avoid being locked out.
The vacation home is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 3.5 bathrooms, and a balcony, and there's space to spread out with 4 bedrooms. Guests can enjoy a Smart TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Other standard amenities include a private pool, a washing machine, and a fenced private yard. Limited housekeeping is available.
