DETAILS:
Nestled in a premier location within WaterColor's Lake District, 349 Needlerush Drive illustrates coastal living at its finest. Soaring twelve-foot ceilings accompanied by wooden beams and custom trim detailing makes for a grand entrance into this upscale home. A boundless blue backsplash adds an elegant touch to the gourmet kitchen featuring lavish granite countertops, custom cabinets, premium gas stove and Sub-Zero refrigerator. The oversized kitchen island will comfortably seat seven in addition the dining area while you share delicious food and savory drinks over good conversations with family and friends. Make your way over to the living room to find the perfect gathering spot to relax on ample plush linen sofas and catch your favorite film on the flat screen television hoisted above an alabaster white gas fireplace. Enjoy the beautiful outdoors by stepping out to the screened porch that features a wood burning fireplace along with two outdoor couches, flat screen television, built-in gas grill and outdoor breakfast table overlooking the private pool. Located at the front of the home is a convenient guest bedroom featuring a king bed and private bathroom with a sizable walk in shower. The first floor of this home additionally hosts an oversized laundry room and half bath.

Stroll to the second floor to find the well-appointed master bedroom hosting a king bed, small sitting area and a private bathroom with a large soaking tub, custom double vanity and walk-in shower featuring a rain shower head. The master bedroom also has exclusive access to a private screened porch ideal for enjoying tranquil time alone. Two additional king guest bedrooms are located just down the hall, both hosting ensuite bathrooms with walk in showers and access to a sprawling balcony with surfboard inspired furniture, mounted flat screen television and a swinging day bed. A queen bed is also positioned across the room by the stretch of windows and hosts a beautiful view of the protected woodland and miles of the 499-acre community of WaterColor in addition to a large private bathroom with double vanity and walk in shower. An added bonus of this third-floor oasis is an additional private room hosting a ping pong table and a small cozy viewing nook as well as a separate spiral staircase that takes you to the fourth floor of the home, a spectacular cupola paints a perfect panoramic view of WaterColor and an amazing spot to watch an emerald coast sunset.

Beautiful and spacious home!

Our family of ten celebrated Thanksgiving in this lovely home. It was so peaceful to start the day with coffee on the back porch with a view of the woods behind the house and we saw deer early in the morning. The kitchen, dining and living room were the perfect setup for conversation, cooking and games gathered around the large fireplace. The ping pong table on the third floor was a huge hit with the kids! The furnishings and design were comfortable and lovely for relaxing. Can’t wait to return!

The Best

This house was perfect for our family of 10… grandparents, 2 adult children and their spouses and 4 grandchildren. We had another family of 5 who couldn’t come, but the house would have easily accommodated them. With the number of living spaces, both inside and screened porches, there was more than enough room for everyone. The kids loved having the pool at the house, playing ping pong and spending time up the spiral staircase. The kitchen was very well stocked with everything we needed and was such a nice place for our family to gather. We had a couple of issues with the fireplace and kitchen faucet and Sanders Beach Rentals sent immediate help. We were extremely impressed with Sanders as they checked on us before, during, and after our stay.

First let me say that Sanders Beach Rentals was FANTASTIC to deal with. Hands down the best property managers that I have ever dealt with. They addressed every single issue we had within minutes. They were extremely helpful when my husbands golf clubs got left at the house and went above and beyond to make sure our stay was great! The house itself was laid out perfectly for a large family or multi family get together. The location is right off the paths and close to everything. Having the golf cart was a huge bonus. This was our first visit to Santa Rosa but we will definitely be back!

Fabulous House

We've stayed throughout Watercolor over the years and have enjoyed the many properties we've had the opportunity to rent. This home stands out! The house is meticulously maintained and well appointed. Even the smallest items, like towels, are high-quality and in perfect condition. The house is comfortable, the bikes were in great shape, and the 6-seat golf cart was an added bonus. Our kids loved the 3rd floor area, which has a bedroom, full bath, and a great media area (large TV surrounded by multiple day-bed/couches). Location is great, it backs to the watercolor trails and is just a few minutes to the main foot bridge over Western Lake. We appreciated the agency that managed the home. The communication was detailed and timely, and the entire process was easy. We look forward to returning soon!

Great Family Vacation!

349 Needlerush Drive in Watercolor was a great vacation home for our family. The amenities in the home were first class and access to the beach and Seaside was fast and easy (via bike) or golf cart. This was my first time to Watercolor and it's a teenagers dream vacation...safe place to let them ride bikes and have their own time. We rented through Sanders Beach Rental off a recommendation from a friend and the service before and after our arrival was fantastic. I highly recommend Sanders Beach Rentals, 349 Needlerush Drive and the Watercolor/Seaside community when looking for a family vacation spot.
