Fantastic Property

The property was excellent - very clean and quiet in a great location. We were just a few blocks on the other side of 30A from a public beach access which made for an easy walk to the beach each day. We really enjoyed the property and would definitely stay here again!

Great location, clean, well-priced

The place was clean, newly renovated, efficient, and less “tacky beach-y” than you sometimes find (especially being dog friendly). The location was well positioned with an easy walk to beach access. My only note is that I wasn’t aware/didn’t realize it was in a little planned community where houses are kind of packed in and the balcony/front porch isn’t exactly private - but for the price well worth it and wasn’t a problem (just something I didn’t realize from the listing). Also, since this rental is via a rental agency after hours and Sunday contact isn’t as timely as with a homeowner but the agency was very helpful and communicative…

Lovely

This home was perfect for us. Plenty of space for two - plus dog. I liked the fact that the neighborhood had a nice pool, though it was too early in the season for swimming. We used the hot tub - very nice and all clean. The home is better stocked than some reviews mentioned. We brought extra towels but didn't need them. I'd prefer liquid handsoap in bathrooms, but there were only very small packaged bar soaps. We bought our own dispensers for all sinks. Though we don't go to Florida to watch TV, it was nice to have all the channels and 3 TVs to choose from. No problem catching the SuperBowl here! Even my Netflix account easily transferred so I could watch my bingey shows. Lots of palm trees around this place and a short walk to a public beach access. One caveat - the door does not latch tight and can get blown open if not carefully closed. We learned this when our dog escaped. It could have been a quick end to our vacation, but he found his way back!

Awesome get away!

We had a great trip! House is conveniently located with a 5min walk to the beach. Very clean and comfortable. Nice bathrooms and kitchen. Very happy we chose to stay here. Will visit again!

Nice location but I’d choose another condo

The location is nice and the condos are nice. It was our first trip to 30A. What I wish I would’ve known: 1. When you walk over the boardwalk to the beach, it’s private. You cannot stay close to the boardwalk. It’s not a crazy long trek, but it’s not convenient when you have a lot of stuff to carry. 2. Parking isn’t next to the condo, you have to walk a bit to get to it. 3. You have to buy everything for your stay. They give you two trash bags for the week. They don’t have any beach towels. Other condos had bikes to use. You will have to rent. 4. There wasn’t an email with recommendations for the area, bike rentals, golf cart rentals. All in all, the place was fine. The big pool is nice. I’d probably choose another location in 30A that is closer to Seaside next time or is part of the “private beach” and has more amenities.

Nice change of pace

Great little bungalow, it was conveniently located near all of my favorite places I eat and go to. Parking is easy and not over crowded. The guest bath had the Sheetrock cut out under the sink, but other than that, I loved the space. I hope to come visit again soon.

Awesome location close to paradise :-)

We stood already three times at „the bungalows“ in different houses - but this time was the best one! This time it was a two weeks years-end vacation and the house is so nice equipped (modern, calm, functional). The weather was awesome - even on that period it was possible to stay in summer outfit at the beach. All in all we felt like being close to paradise :-). So we highly recommend this location

Awesome spot!!

Super clean and convenient spot, that's just a stones throw from the ocean. The house is excellent for a family in a great location for everything you wanna do in Seaside and Seagrove. Very strong recommendation!!

The Bungalows

The is a great house in a great location. The whole process was simple and easy. The only suggestion I would make would be to add beach towels and/or beach chairs for use while visiting. Everything else was nice.

Perfect location

We enjoyed staying here. The teens could safely ride their bikes to Seaside Square, we could walk 7 min to the beach, and restaurants and everything we needed we’re in close proximity to us.
