Very clean when we arrived. Direct beach access and views were fantastic. Nice having extra beach chairs and umbrellas. Elevator was nice for anyone that struggles with stairs. Night lights were a nice touch.
Beautiful view all day
Great place to start with a coffee or end the day with your favorite beverage.

Wonderful condo. Don't hesitate!

We really enjoyed our stay. It's a clean spacious condo with a spectacular view. The beach is private and the included beach chairs were so convenient. It's a perfect location. Bike rental, shopping and restaurants are close by. We would definitely stay here again.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved our week at the beach! Our rental was so clean and cool when we arrived. We enjoyed the beautiful view of the ocean from our balcony and of the pool right below too. The big dinner table was great for our large family to all eat together. This is our third year to stay here and we plan to come back.

Perfection on 30A!

We absolutely loved this rental unit. It is spacious and beautifully decorated with a fabulous view. The location is perfect and the manager is great to work with. We have visited 30A for over 20 years and this is by far the best place we have ever stayed. Can't wait to book it again for our next family vacation!

Love the size of this condo and that there are 3 bedrooms with king size beds. The host is very communicative and responds in a timely manner.

Family getaway Summer 2022

The condo was perfect! It was just as advertised and we literally wanted for nothing. Great location! Super easy access to the beach. The beach attendants, Hill and Jake, took great care of us each day. Our group had four teenagers who took advantage of the beach and pool every day. We will definitely be staying here for our future vacations.

Perfect Beach Condo

The condo is very comfortable, easy access to the beach, and has all the amenities you need for a great vacation. Our family of 6 was very comfortable in this place. 3 king beds and a bunk room. Beds very comfortable and rooms spacious. The kitchen had everything I needed to cook. (We normally eat out on vacation, but Covid changed that this year.) I would highly recommend this property.

Perfect family getaway

This beachfront property was exactly what we needed for a getaway from a long Ohio winter. The condo was so spacious, very clean and stocked with all the kitchen essentials we needed. Really appreciated the included beach chairs and umbrellas. We came during spring break and there were LOTS of people encroaching on the private beach, but the beach attendants did their best to control this. The owner and manager were very responsive. We hope to be back!

Wonderful Week

The condo is great. Well decorated. The view has to be one of best on the beach. It was the perfect size for 6 adults and 4 young kids. The location on 30A is very convenient without the crowds. The kitchen and bar are stocked with all the dishes and bar wary need need. We have been going to 30A for over 30 years. This was one of our best experiences.

This place has everything you are looking for inside and out!

This was my second time to stay here and it's truly everything you need and more for the perfect beach experience....gorgeous views right on the beach, comfortable and spacious inside (we had 2 families of 4, so 8 people), stocked with everything you need, walking or biking distance with paths to everything from a convenience store/gas station, amazing restaurants, bike rentals, popsicles and special treats, and even a few souvenir stores. My 8 year old up to my 14 year old, love to ride bikes and there are plenty of paths for them to safely ride around and explore. We have stayed at many places along 30A and this is truly a favorite when we are with another family!

Great Family Trip

I was shocked when we walked in and saw all the sleeping space in this condo. We probably could've brought more people with us! :) We had everything we needed in this condo and I really wish I would've packed lighter for the trip. They let you use their beach chairs and have a closet with just about anything else you might need on the beach including umbrellas. The owner was really nice and in communication with me the duration of the stay. I'd definitely stay her again!

TOP NOTCH WITH AWESOME VIEWS

This unit is both BEAUTIFUL and spacious with incredible views from the balcony and living area. Beach was perfect with crystal clear water and condo had a great pool as well. The property was in a great location and walkable to fantastic restaurants as well..Unit was well kept with nice furniture and a well stocked kitchen and bar area. Property was both well kept and clean.Our family of 10 was very comfortable in the 4 bedrooms...3 King size beds were a definite plus. Its close to everything the area has to offer. Would definitely recommend to those looking for a great beach experience as well as a luxurious and spacious property. Hope to return for fall break.

A taste of Heaven!!!

Stayed for 5 weeks and was still not ready to leave.Walked on the beach to Seaside everyday and this year for Feb. the weather was fantastic.No sweatshirt was required. Beautiful,clean,spacious,well equipped condo.The nicest we have stayed at.Close to restaurants(Café Thirty A,Perfect Pig,Cowgirl Kitchen,Angelina"s.And of course Goatfeathers. We would buy huge take out steamed shrimp and eat on balcony with the best view and a bottle of wine. The owner and manager was so easy to work with. You will not regret booking this place for a wonderful vacation.In fact I have already booked for next year!!!

We had an awesome time.

We had an awesome time. The view of the beach was spectacular! The condo was spacious and very well supplied with everything we needed. The condo was very dirty. Sand and hair everywhere, Mold in the shower. I cleaned the shower but only had a dust mop for the floors. I know it’s hard to get people to work sometimes. You need to pay for quality cleaning and have a system to check on things.

Seagrove Disappointment

Problems: broken light fixture in bunk room that was never repaired; ceiling fan in MBR did not work; broken arm on dining room chair; poor furniture selection leading to extremely cramped dining space; average kitchen equipment; uncomfortable and poorly maintained wrought iron balcony furniture; minimal bath towels, etc; move in/out carts in very poor condition. Overall: not a good value.

The view was great and the condo was a nice size.

It was not clean. There was sand everywhere when checked in. Not to mention a vase of dead flowers sitting in rotting water on the counter. We found food on the floor in one guest bathroom, clumps if hair in the shower drain in another bathroom. There were globs of something purple and sticky on the floor in the living room- the couch had been pulled over them to cover them up and a wad of gum like substance on the patio furniture. It’s super disappointing to pay just under $7000 for a place to stay and have it be so unkempt. The condo has a lot of wear and tear particularly in all three bathrooms. Sink coming away from the wall, fans not working, a whole wall panel falling off. Th building itself has a great location- I think I might consider renting a different unit if it was managed by someone else, but I would not stay in this particular unit agin.

Great condo on 30A!!

We had a great stay at the Legacy condominiums unit 303 for fall break. We have stayed in Destin several times before for spring break in April but this was our first visit in October. We loved the unit, location and the visit was so much better than spring break. Warmer weather and less crowds. Unit 303 was exactly as advertised. The kitchen was well stocked with all of the essential items needed for cooking meals. The 4 bedrooms were very good sizes and the beds were very comfortable. I would recommend possibly replacing the pillows in the units or bringing your own. We found the unit to be well maintained and very clean. We did notice that trash was left outside of the unit when we arrived but likely left by the cleaning crew. The condo itself is very spacious. Plenty of room for the 4 adults and 2 teenagers we had with us for the week. The view from the unit is amazing!! Wonderful sunset in the evenings and great dolphin watching at breakfast. The outdoor patio furniture was very comfortable and offers plenty of seating for enjoying the beautiful view. The location on 30A was great! Very easy access to local and great restaurants. We highly recommend the Cowgirl Kitchen and the Marketside Cafe! We would definitely recommend this particular unit to others and the complex itself.
