Host very involved in stay. Kitchen very well equipped with dishes and appliances. They have 2 golf carts that we didn’t use because we were so close to the beach. Numerous very good restaurants in walking distance. Very nice stay.

Perfect family vacation home

This house is exactly as pictured and described – absolutely beautiful and perfectly located! The hostess and management company were incredibly responsive and accommodating, making our stay seamless. It was ideal for our family of eight, with all the amenities needed for a perfect vacation. We highly recommend renting the golf cart for easy local travel.

This is our second time staying at Kaja and we absolutely love it. There is so much outdoor space for hanging out and playing games. The interior is immaculate with lovely furniture and decor. Kitchen has everything we need. Location is awesome too. It's right up the road from so many shops and restaurants. Beach is about a 6 minute easy walk or a quick golf cart ride. Absolutely our favorite place to stay on 30A.

This is our second year staying at KAJA. When I walked in, it felt like we were back home.

Close to the beach and close to Seaside. Beautiful property with amazing accommodations. Feels like home when we stay here. Already planning on renting for next year’s vacation.

Family Trip

Our stay was great the listing is as pictured the hosts were great and very attentive and able to be reached if anything came up. But overall the home felt like a cozy home away from home, the location to everything was great as well. Highly suggest using the golf cart it came in handy all week, you have delicious coffee and cute breakfast places right up the street and it’s walkable distance to the beach which was great for our family. Would stay here again in the future, thanks for a great week!

We really enjoyed our stay! Everything was as it was listed. The home is beautiful and perfectly appointed. The screened in porch came in handy on rainy days or evenings! We would definitely stay here again!!!

Great Stay

Place was just as described. Very clean and everything was in order when we arrived. Location was perfect for first-time visitors to 30A - right in the middle of all the small nearby beach towns. The closest beach access was only a 5 min walk which was very convenient. Would recommend!

Amazing Stay!

The house was beautiful and clean, with awesome appliances as you need to do plenty of laundry going to the beach in the summer. It was close to the beach and the lower level was fun for the kids. Monika would respond to any questions I had really swiftly, would 10/10 recommend and plan on staying again!

Our new favorite place!

The actual interior was as lovely as the pictures. It's one of the cleanest properties we've ever rented. The owners have provided comfortable furniture for the outdoor spaces as well. We loved the neighborhood feel of the place and we hope to go back often!

Beautiful property and location!

This was a perfect vacation property! A great location on a quiet, shady street, an easy walk to the beach, and central to all the towns of 30A. The home was immaculate inside and out. We enjoyed having the screened area on the ground level for evening ping pong matches when things cooled off a little. Would highly recommend this property !

Beautiful, well appointed perfect home for beach vacation

My family of four - two children ages 11 and 10 - Plus their two friends (same age) so 6 total people fit perfectly in this home for a week at the beach. Pool access was a block directly down the street and beach access was a 6-7 min walk. Communication with host was phenomenally fast anytime we had a question and the kids loved the ping pong game room below the house. Highly recommend

Such a perfect, quiet, and beautiful house. Walkable to the beach and easy to get to restaurants too! The communication with the host was more than adequate with any questions we had. We really enjoyed this part of 30-A.
