Espectacular habitación tipo hotel en planta 8 con vista al mar. Sus 39 mts cuadrados, completamente equipado, están decorados en un estilo moderno y acogedor. Situado delante de la Marina Internacional y a 3 minutos caminando del parque de los novios. Cuenta con 1 balcones para disfrutar del los increíbles atardeceres de Santa Marta, nuestros huéspedes tienen acceso a las lujosas instalaciones del hotel Marriot, su piscina con vistas al mar, restaurante, bar, etc.

The Space:
Suite privada muy luminosa y moderna ubicado en la planta 8 de un edificio nuevo de alto standing a un minuto andando del centro histórico de Santa Marta. La suite consta de habitación, baño y un balcón con vistas frontales al mar donde se ven los espectaculares atardeceres de Santa Marta. La estancias tienen grandes ventanales e impresionantes vistas. Esta a una cuadra del mar, y a otra cuadra de la zona rosa, por lo que su ubicación es inmejorable ya que cuenta también con absoluta tranquilidad por lo que disfrutará lo mejor de estar bien ubicado pero con confort absoluto. Tiene Aire Acondicionado, TV HD Smart, internet de alta velocidad, 100 MB.

El edificio comparte las instalaciones del hotel Marriott Santa Marta, el cual tiene una preciosa piscina, bares y restaurante que están a disposición de nuestros huéspedes. Igualmente consta de sauna en el último piso del edificio con unas vistas inigualables.

El centro histórico es el lugar de mayor interés de Santa marta, donde se ubican todos los inmuebles representativos de la época colonial y republicana. Igualmente es donde están todos los restaurante y discotecas de la ciudad, la zona rosa.

El edificio esta situado a dos minutos andando del centro histórico , y su famoso parque de los novios, donde se encuentran la mayoría de restaurantes, bares y discotecas de la ciudad. Lo suficientemente cerca para ir andando, lo suficientemente separado para no tener ningún problema con ruidos. Ubicación ideal
