Super close to the main train station and it's a quick walk to the main cathedral square (about 10 minutes). There are several inexpensive cafés between the hotel and the square.
It was very clean. Had an excellent shower. good breakfast. Excellent location. The mini-fridge didn't work, and the TV kept putting up ads on the side of the screen.
Location and room were great. I was very disapointwd that there were so many mosquitoes and no one said anything about it neither did anyhing get rid of them. I had so many bites, that I could sleep . If it has been a common problem in Florene why 4 stars hotel can’t install windows screen?
Within 2 blocks of the Firenze Santa Maria Novella train station, there were many restaurants and shops within walking distance. The room was clean and large. There was a nice deck to relax and have a drink, and the room included a safe and mini refrigerator. This property did not disappoint, similar to other Mercure and Accor Group properties where I have stayed.
Good location near the train station. We took three trains from Florence and back so that was a big plus. the staff found us a concert that we would have never found on our own.

Is new facility was very clean The beds were comfortable dividing was noon which is kind of rare in Italy and almost was as good as the foothills in the US I wish more hotels would be like this it actually was a four-star hotel information
New and nice lobby , the hotel is well located near the Market Centrale , train station and walking distance to Duomo. The only bad thing is that the A/C didn't work and had to sleep with the windows open...

El hotel es nuevo, esta ubicado muy cerca de la Estacion Santa Maria Novella. Lastimosamente el hotel no tiene aire acondicionado. Fuimos dos parejas a principios de Octubre 2016 y ambos hicimos el reclamo. Nos ofrecieron y mostraron mas habitaciones para cambiarnos pero el aire no funciono en ninguna. Este hotel posee unicamente un climatizador que jamas enfria. Asi que en resumen nuestra estadia en este hotel nuevo en una ciudad tan bella como Firenze fue una pesadilla. No lo recomiendo para nada.
