Good location , close to Arches Park, and clean rooms

The staff was rude and the property was not clean.

The staff was very friendly but the room was not very clean the bathroom door was coming off the hinges the bathroom was not clean the hot tub controls were broken and all they served in the morning was coffee.

The property was very dirty and I didn’t feel safe. I felt like the people at the motel were actually living in the hotel. There was one way in and out of the parking. The staff was very unfriendly. Almost like I was bothering him by checking into the place. I did not stay. I moved to a new hotel.

Run down, dirty and smelly. Suspicious men loitering in the parking lot and lobby. Nothing like the picture. Ended up cancelling our reservation.

It's a ok motel to stay in just for 1 night. They are trying to update it but it still needs lot of work.

It cheap. Don’t stay here. My non-smoking room smelled like smoke as did the hallways. Pets can stay there and you can definitely smell them. Key cards didn’t work most of the time and you could just force The outside door open to get into the motel.

The hallway needs vacuuming. Hallway had a terrible smoke odor

The hot tub was very clean,and there was a nice rinse shower in the pool area. The room had laminate floors, so super clean. Good stay.

Hotel is not what I expected. The inside of my room was plain. No decor put up. Bed was very hard and stiff. If you have back problem do not stay here. Your back will be worse. There was a coffee machine, but no cups. This place needs major work. The cost was cheap. I stayed at another Motel 6 and paid the same price but quality of room and comfort of bed was way better.

It was a pretty horrible room and we were worried about our health & safety there. We should have slept in the truck. It would have been more comfortable and cleaner.

The overnight staff called me to make sure I was still checking in around 9PM which I thought was cool. The room was large and the A/C worked great. The building itself looked a bit rundown, it could use some fresh carpet and paint in the corridors.

Walls were just covered in paint. Carpets were dirty and found used syringes in the room

Hotel is being remodeled so it is a complete mess but the room was nice for the price.

Kinda disappointed in this Motel 6 since I've recently been in others that were remodeled and surprisingly decent. But it was a last minute search for a cheap room, so I wasn't expecting luxury. It suited our purpose.

The place is a wreck carpet through out wass stained and dirty paint coming off the walls so dirty. The room was so nasty and smelled like dog urin and crap as its pet friendly but they don't take care of the pet smell. The shower had no pressure broken down stripped and graffiti car in lot drug addicts and dealers living here I would never go back here I would sleep in my car.

We checked in and the clerk said we could park in the back. We noticed that even though it was very late, past midnight, the back door to the motel was completely wide open with no security in place. When we walked into our room, it smelled strongly of cat urine. We tried to call the front desk but the phone did not work at all. We walked to the front desk and the carpet was soaking wet and squishing underneath our feet in the main hallway. We got switched to another room. This room had dirty sheets, an old hair band on the bathroom counter and a dirty washcloth still in the bath tub. When I went downstairs to give the key back to the first room we had been put in, the clerk actually had the nerve to tell me that "This was a motel, and not a hotel, so my expectations should not be high." Apparently motels cannot be expected to have working phones, clean odor-free rooms, dry floors or clean sheets. We tried to find another motel, but because of the late hour, everything else was booked for the night.
