Enjoyed hanging out in lobby, very romantic lighting in this beautiful building. Will come back when visiting Santa Fe.

The hotel was nice interior, nice staff at check in. The room was quite small with the sink in the room but no counter space to set anything. The shower was a nice tile but no shelving to set soap or shampoo while you showered. The room was small and that did not allow a chair. A fine place to sleep, but if you are in your room for much more than that there is not adequate space to relax other than on the bed. Both my husband and I were disappointed. Location was great. We to the bar to order a drink and sit outside, after waiting quite some time for the bartender he told me to just go outside and the cocktail waitress would take care of us, after quite some time and no cocktail waitress I went back to the bar to get a drink. Disappointing service.

Very nice hotel, great location and friendly staff. Our room could've been cleaner but wasn't terrible. If I was going to stay here again, I'd book a larger room. Favorite part was sitting on the patio in the morning and evening.

This room was so small they could even put a chair in the room there was only one glass so this room was obviously meant for just one person but we had two. parking cost eight teen dollars but across the street the public lot was only 12 and when you couldn't find a place in their lot you had to park across the street anyway

We found the hotel to be very centrally located for participating in the Women's March and to restaurants and shopping. Enjoyed using the "text" service and found the staff to be very accommodating. Loved the relaxed environment and enjoyed being captivated by the fireplace in the lobby. Very cozy.

Safe and secure, warm ambience in the lobby and the attached bar and restaurant wth lovely hot toddies for the winter season. The souvenirs in the lobby were so attractive as was the staircase and decor!i liked the corner room with view, too!

After a bad experience with a bnb, we were lucky enough to check in to the St. Francis. We loved the location and the close proximity to the Plaza.

Very nice older hotel, within walking distance to museums, galleries and dinning. Our room was a bit small but very clean. Hotel staff was very courteous, and helpfull.

Wow loved this place! In the heart of the historic district walking to everywhere!! The food!!! Wow very impressed with the quality SO good!! Margaritas were amazing too! The room was clean austere and modern with a historic edge.

While this hotel could have been wonderful, the size of the room was minuscule! My husband is over 6 feet tall and couldn't move around the room without hitting something. The shower was tiny and hard to shower in. However, the bar was great!

Trade in a few minute amenities to stay in this historic hotel that's been around since the 1880's. I wasn't at all concerned that it doesn't have a coffee maker in the room or an ice chest because the character and atmosphere of the building and room more then made up for it. The beds were comfy and room was clean, except for the leftovers that weren't removed from the fridge from the previous guest. I would stay here again when in Santa Fe. We had some drinks at the secreto lounge and the bartender hand crafts all of his drinks and they are delicious. Worth the stay

The Hotel St. Francis in Santa Fe is old, but in this case it's a good thing. The hotel has been remodeled and feels modern, stylish and luxurious. It's especially apparent in the beautiful lobby. Old hotels usually have tiny rooms, and the St. Francis is no exception. To me it's part of the charm, but it's something to be aware of. All of downtown Santa Fe is within a five minute walk of the hotel. We didn't even move our car during our stay. Highly recommended.

Great would stay again - yesssssssssssssssssssssssssssss

Convenient to the plaza, easy parking. Rooms were nice if somewhat basic. Beautiful hotel, lots of ambiance.

We had a great time here. We checked in at noon and walked to Cafe Pascal for lunch. It was right down the street. We spent the afternoon shopping at the town square one block away. They charge for parking. The quaint bar was great. We will stay again.

Very clean, comfortable and the staff was very nice!

Location, location, location! We could walk to all the major tourist spots, fabulous restaurants , museums, galleries. Enjoyed the decor- St. Francis monk theme, large fireplace in the lobby with plenty of seating, peaceful and not holiday frenetic. "Best in Santa Fe" lounge, SECRETO, with innovative cocktails and bar food. Restaurant was good too, great service. The only problem was when we arrived our reservation didn't appear in their system and they couldn't access the Ortbitz or something. We had a print out of our reservation, so we did get a room after 15 minutes, although not officialy registered.... until later when they figured it out.

Always great staying here. Friendly and helpful staff! Even had a dog gift bag. janell

THE GREAT THING ABOUT THIS HOTEL IS ITS LOCATION. YOU CAN WALK TO VIRTUALLY EVERYTHING FROM THIS HOTEL. IT IS COMFORTABLE, THE STAFF ARE POLITE AND HELPFUL AND THE OLD HOTEL EXUDES A LOT OF CHARM. THAT SAID, THE ROOMS ARE SMALL, THE RESTAURANT IS NOT CONNECTED TO THE HOTEL AND, AS A RESULT, YOU CANNOT CHARGE A MEAL TO YOUR ROOM. THERE ARE MANY GOOD PLACES TO EAT VERY CLOSE TO THE HOTEL. WE ENJOYED BUYING A TAKE OUT BREAKFAST OR LUNCH AND SITTING ON THE FRONT VERANDA TO EAT AND DRINK OUR COFFEE.. THERE IS A SMALL PARK ACROSS THE STREET AND IN THE EVENING BANDS WILL ENTERTAIN YOU. PARKING IS AT A PREMIUM IN THE OLD TOWN. THE HOTEL PROVIDES PARKING BUT IT IS LIMITED. GET IN EARLY AND LEAVE THE CAR IN THE LOT. USE THE BIKE TAXIS OR REGULAR TAXIS, IF NECESSARY, TO GET AROUND. SOME MAY THINK IT EXPENSIVE AND DECIDE TO STAY A FEW MILES AWAY. THEY WILL NOT SAVE MUCH MONEY, BECAUSE YOU STILL WILL HAVE TO PAY TO PARK, ASSUMING THERE IS ANY PLACE TO PARK. ON SOME DAYS IT IS VIRTUALLY IMPOSSIBLE TO FIND A NEARBY PARKING SPOT.
