Me and my family stayed one night here. Our stay was pleasant and the room was clean. There is a mini casino in the lobby sort of like Vegas. Maybe I hit the jackpot because the hotel wasn't supper packed for it being such a nice hotel.

I liked that the casino and hotel are within walking distance! One of the staff members was rude and didn't want to help but the rooms are nice and I had a good stay!

Clean and friendly facility. Not the newest but comfortable with easy access in and out and excellent price.

Check in was quick. The room had an huge TV with HD cable channels. If you wanted you could also digitally rent movies. Mini frig was in the room. The room was very clean and quiet. No cigarette odor. A/C, heater was in the wall and could be set where you wanted the temperature. I got the best price through Orbitz. About $10 cheaper than even folks with a Players Card from the casino.

I am not a gambler but there is a lot of other things going on there to do. Food was excellent.

Stayed one night due to holiday overcrowding at house in Santa Fe. Room was adequate for this purpose, although somewhat cramped. Good breakfast at the restaurant.

Was a good experience and would stay there again. Was glad that the hotel was across from the Casino so we don't have to smell the smoke thru the vents, like the other Casinos.

Cities of Gold Hotel is a nice, less-expensive alternative to the neighboring hotel/casino. Cities of Gold served its purpose for me.

The hotel room was nicely furnished, however the room reeked of cigarette smoke. My room was a smoking room and that was all the was available as the hotel was was all booked up due to a convention which I was attending at the nearby Hilton Buffalo Thunder Resort. I also felt one of the front desk clerks could have taken more of an initiative for finding when the Buffalo Thunder shuttle came. He seemed aloof, rather inattentive and the staff deal with the shuttle people on a daily basis.

hotel was very nice and comfortable....great stay!!

It was OK for the money. Bed was hard and room smelled like smoke. See

Front desk was no help at all when we advised them the heater wasn't working . No apology or room change . Just a simple sometimes they take while . Will not stay here again Rooms are clean and more affordable than buffalo thunder but it's very frustrating to stay in a cold room.Especially when you have a baby.

My wife and I stayed here before running a race in Santa Fe. I initially had mistakenly booked two double beds. The hotel clerk kindly changed our room to a king-size. The rooms were clean and quiet. The only issue was the air-conditioning did not work well but we just opened the window on a cool night.

We enjoyed our stay. The room was comfortable and fairly cheap. It was convenient for our skiing weekend.

This hotel offered us a wonderful place to stay for two nights. Very clean, cozy. Quiet AC, refrigerator. Friendly staffs. We recommend this hotel as a great choice for staying in the Santa Fe area.

Totally expected, nothing exceptional. Booked a smoking room and was assigned a nonsmoking, also advertised mountain views, false.Room was adequate, we were there for the gaming.

Just used as place to sleep and the place provided what we needed. Only complaint is in the morning someone opened our locked door from outside then quickly closed it without entering. I did not have the do not disturb sign on so it was probably the maid.... but they should of knocked first.

Our room was very clean and comfortable! The front desk staff were very helpful during our check-in. The resteraunt on-site has good specials and the casino had a great affordable buffet.

Rooms are very spacious. The staff was very friendly. A little out dated but definitely a great value

very convenient location with activities to do on a rainy day...pretty decent food buffet & restaurant
