The rooms are older which is why it was cheaper. The shower is a weird setup so turning it on was a challenge. Horrible Wi-Fi and Verizon service. Window covering were shades so you could not open them on the first floor and have privacy

Hotel clerk was no where to be found

Front office person extremely helpful and friendly

Could not drink coffee.

The hotel is older. There was plenty of parking. I stayed overnight. Easy check in and out. Quiet.

Room was nicely appointed. Don’t work in the service industry if you find your job stressy and people demanding. It’s important to be friendly even if you don’t mean it

Check in was unpleasant with the woman working. Otherwise, all others and facility were above average. I discussed the check in issue with the manager and she expressed deep concern. I will return to this hotel in the future.

Don’t know how a casino hotel has no bar! Also, no food meaning no restaurant! The worst was when the staff acted like this was normal. And then denied that they were part of the casino even though they both have the same name I would never ever ever ever go there again!

The shuttle service into Santa Fe was not operating due to COVID concerns- had I known about this from their website beforehand, it might not have been a big deal but I had made evening plans based on this. The room was basic-basic and dated. The upholstered chairs were dated and not very clean.

A decent confortable place, good value for price. Could do better with morning coffee. Short staffed like everywhere but staff were friendly and room was very clean.

Good location for golf

We liked the interior gravel hallway atrium with fountain. Very soothing. Coffee offering was very weak.

no restaurant open no breakfast

Checking took forever. No longer serve breakfast. A/C did not work in hotel room. Had to call maintenance to have them come and repair A/C. No longer a great value.

xxxxxxx

the casino was not in the same area as the hotel.

Housekeeping is very limited
