Beautiful house, some items need attention

Beautiful house, with manicured grounds, great outdoor covered patio and in an ideal and very safe location near plaza. A great 'older' house with modern conveniences; much charm: wood floors, vigas, very cozy home. A couple of items do need attention: 1) advertised with gas grill, but it was a Webber charcoal grill which worked out fine, but was unexpected 2) front door near parking needs a locksmith, very tricky to open, took three adults to eventually unlock it 3) dishwasher lower track missing wheel (found it, put it on kitchen counter) 4) it got chilly one night so we lit a fire which was burning very hot; however, smoke got into house. May need a chimney sweep and yes, I know how to build a fire, I heat with wood in my own home.

Great location, great property

The place looks just like the pictures. We’d stay here again. The only negative is that you have to stop by the property management office to get the keys, which is only 5 minutes away. Not a big deal, but not what I’m used to for rental properties.

Well located authentic adobe

Older adobe home has been lovingly updated with skylights in most living areas for a light spacious feel. Comfortable furnishings and well curated SW art complete the experience. Walkable neighborhood minutes from the plaza. Plentiful outdoor seating areas. 5 stars.

Moms Birthday

We booked a trip to Santa Fe for my Mom's 80th birthday. This turned out to be an even better location than hoped for. With mobility issues, mom would tire out quickly and need to return to rest for a bit. It felt like Harmony House was 5 minutes from virtually anywhere by car - making it easy to come and go. The home itself is lovely with many spaces for gathering or separating for down time. Definitely reccomend

What a beautiful space!

The Harmony House is in such a great location, an easy walk to downtown area. It has such charm and is unique and relaxing. There are all these different outdoor areas to explore and wonderful spaces inside. Plenty of room for three adults. The skylights were amazing. The décor was thoughtful and very Santa Fe. I slept so well. Such a peaceful place. So quiet. The fireplaces were incredible, we got snow our second day and it was so nice to have a fireplace. The kitchen has everything we needed. We loved the tile work and attention to details. Cannot recommend enough. I want to go back!

Gem In The Desert

We loved this house for many reasons. It was spotless and in a fabulous location. The kitchen was so well equipped and we enjoyed the big dining tables inside and out. My favorite part of the stay was the heart that obviously went into the furnishings, art and books included. We would love to stay here again. MC

The Perfect Santa Fe Retreat

Hard to imagine a more cozy, charming or conveniently-located spot to spend a few days (or longer) in Santa Fe. Could not recommend this property enough, and the folks who manage it were easy to communicate with and wonderfully accommodating.

Nice, light-filled house in Santa Fe

We enjoyed the house and its proximity to the plaza. Management was nice enough to allow a late check out when our rental car had a flat delaying our departure. The only hiccup was when I realized that the automatic payment of our balance (due) had not been made - shortly before our arrival. After several attempts, I was finally told my credit card had not worked (I received a new card soon after the booking because the old one expired). Luckily, I still had my reservation but I would have appreciated a call or message notifying me about the card.

girl friend trip to celebrate our 70th birthdays

Lovely place but some of us had difficulty in walking up the hill to the residence after a day of touring. It is not a big hill. Rather dark down Hillside at night. We had a snow fall and there was a leak in the flat roof and water was running down the wall. It didn't affect us but we were worried about the damage that could have happened on the ceiling. Beds were comforable and there was room for the 5 of us. Driveway was a little steep and backing out was a tad difficult. We did have a great time. I think in warmer weather the patios would have been great.

Great location

Two adults (cousins) and two young men enjoyed this property for several days during the International Folk Art Market. We loved the location which made for nice walks to breakfast and dinner downtown. The historic property was comfortable and met our needs. We felt like we were staying in a friends home! We did not use patio as it was not really 'rental ready" and we didn't feel wiping everything down (hence the 4 stars on cleanliness). Would definitely rent this property again!

Beautiful place and fantastic location

We loved staying in this lovely home with multiple outdoor seating areas to enjoy, and a short walk to many fun places to eat and shop. The check-in process was a bit bumpy as the keys had not been left in the lockbox for us, so it took several calls and some driving back and forth before we got in. But after that, everything was perfect.

The property is accurately listed, well appointed and fun to stay there. However, a few things needed repair (toilet constantly ran water) and left a message on the weekend with the property management company and never got a call back.

Excellent location, beautiful home, but…

This house was beautiful home, excellent location. Very musty smell in master. Unable to sleep there. Mold in one bathroom. Reported both, management did not seem interested. Again, excellent location, beautiful old home!
