This charming property is ideal for entertaining with a gourmet kitchen, beautiful, spacious indoor & outdoor dining areas. Offering a custom primary bed and bath plus 3 additional large bedrooms. Gather around 2 indoor fireplaces or the custom-built outdoor fireplace/grill/pizza oven on the outdoor flagstone patio.

The Space:
Whether you like to golf or just enjoy a beautifully, well-groomed place to gather. This property features an entertainer's back yard with full size propane grill, a pizza oven, wood-burning fire pit and ample seating around the firepit or oversized outdoor dining table. Inside this spacious home find multiple family rooms great for lounging, reading a book, resting, playing games, streaming your favorite movies-if the group can't decide which one-there is space enough to do them all at once! Fully stocked kitchen allows for preparing meals together before you enjoy them on the large dining tables indoors or out! Upstairs find four spacious bedrooms including the primary with an in-suite spacious bathroom to include a soaking tub and a separate shower!

Our Superhost-Super Attentive Team is available to you 24-7 before, during and after your stay! We look forward to hosting you! We will provide you with check in instructions before your arrival-with easy access. Ample free parking is available on-site.

The Neighborhood:
Located just next to Seascape Golf Course & Country Club. Rio Del Mar Beach is approximately a 5 minute drive or 12 minute walk from the house. Seascape Resort is approximately a 6 minute drive from the house. Downtown Aptos where you will find friendly businesses to welcome you to shop, dine and play is also only minutes away!

Other Things to Note:
There are no daily housekeeping services. The property is professionally cleaned after each departure and inspected before arrival. We provide bathroom hand soap, 3-in-1 body/hair wash, hand towels, bath towels, wash cloths, paper and toilet paper. The kitchen is stocked with basic needs such as salt & pepper, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, hand soap, kitchen towels & complimentary drip coffee bar with supplies to get you started off right. Beach towels are provided. Baby items to include a high chair and pack-n play are provided. Wifi access instructions are included in your check-in instructions.

NOTE: Please be aware that due to cooler climate experienced from ocean breezes, properties in Santa Cruz county, especially near the coast, typically do not have air conditioning.

If removed, please store all patio furniture covers in the box provided that is clearly marked. The elements near the beach are not always kind to things kept outdoors. This effort enables us to preserve a comfortable place for you to enjoy while visiting. You do not need to replace them as the items will be professionally cleaned before being covered for our next guests.

For pizza oven: Pizza oven spatula can be found in the kitchen cabinet drawer to the very bottom left (when standing at the sink)

Something for everyone

Great location , quick 5 min drive to the beach , 20 mins to the boardwalk, 5 mins from the golf course. Plenty of room for entertaining a family of 10 , 8 adults 3 kids . To have your whole family , kids spouses and grand kids under one roof is priceless.

Great Spot for Get Together

The house and location were perfect for our group. Whether you want to golf, go to the beach, or just hang out and BBQ at the house on the back patio, this was a great spot for our get together. The property manager, Jane, was very responsive, checked in to make sure everything was to our liking, and was flexible when we made some special requests - much appreciated!

Wonderful house & location

The house and location was perfect for a family gathering. The patio in the back where we spent the majority of our time was lovely. The kitchen needs a bit of attention to cleanliness and supplies. Overall a great trip.

We did enjoy our stay here and I would describe it as being fine - not over the top great and not terrible. The house was tidy and in a great location: easy walk to the beach and we saw some amazing sunsets. However, we weren't thrilled with the comfort and homeyness of the place: the beds were very hard and amenities were provided to the bare minimum (i.e., one large towel per person and no hand towels or wash cloths).

Beautiful Aptos

Nice house, spacious and in a sweet neighborhood just a 10 minute walk to the beach. Thought the smaller bedrooms could be better appointed (ie; nightstand and bedside lamp) but all in all we more than enjoyed our stay, especially the hours we spent out back. Very nice.

Our extended family stayed at this property to attend a wedding at the nearby Seascape Resort. There was plenty of room for activities for all ten of us. The property was clean and the location was quiet. The only things we found lacking were glassware, some utensils and laundry detergent.

House and courtyard great

Our family got together for our 50th wedding anniversary. Everyone enjoyed the house and courtyard. We made pizzas in the oven outside. Had a wedding in the courtyard, which was beautiful with all the flowers around. The kids really enjoyed the swing, big hit. BBQed and had an overall great time together. Walked to the lovely beach also. Very comfortable house,

Long Weekend Stay

The outside of the property was beautiful!! The photos of the backyard are spot on. Unfortunately, we were very unhappy with the cleanliness of the inside of the home. The whole house is tile, and it looked and felt like it had been years since it had been cleaned properly. (Grout was black, from improper cleaning, and we kept finding maple syrup spots, that we cleaned up from the people that were there before us). We could not walk around without shoes on, because our socks or feet turned black just after walking around for a few minutes. There were no spices, not even salt and pepper, they said it was because of COVID. The plates, glasses, pots and pans were disgusting!!! Also, none of us brought a hairdryer because the listing said they had one. They did not. The front tv did not work, they master bathroom shower curtain kept falling down, there are no lamps in any of the bedrooms except the master. Besides all of this, the furniture is either cheap, broken, or very used. (Our family runs a thrift store, and most of the furniture in this home we would have thrown away)! We just felt, for the amount of money we spent to stay here, it should have been cleaner, and not in such a decrepit state. We felt it makes Vrbo look bad.

Great stay for golf weekend

This property was great for our group of friends. 6 adult males, all of whom had their own, full (or bigger) bed. Outdoor area was a great place for grilling and enjoying the great weather. Hosts were helpful as well. Great stay, would recommend!

Spacious and great leaping off point

We had a family beach weekend. Good location as a leaping off point to get to beaches, surfing, and activities. Not quite walking distance if you equipment or beach gear - but easy fast driving access to plenty of beaches. Spacious and easy to unwind after a day out enjoying the area.
