Great property, must have been a grand home in the past. Communication was great with Ally in customer service, not the best with onsite staff. Well stocked, beautifully appointed. Great location! Walk-able to beach and all the fun in SB.

Nice place

This place was perfect for what I needed. And was a great location - I was in town to do the triathlon. Very close to state street too which was great. The place was clean and bed was comfortable. Temp was good with the window open at night and the fan on.

My accommodations at this west beach place were perfect! The studio was exactly as described and had an amazingly well stocked kitchen. The living space was spacious and comfortable and the view from the window was beautiful. Thank you Melanie for the lovely stay!

Beautiful garden-like atmosphere..

I loved the apartment, the building, and the neighborhood. A few minutes walk to Cabrillo St and all the restaurants, shops, and the beach near Stern’s Warf. I enjoyed one bright warm sunny day. But even the cool and cloudy days seemed like dream.

The apartment is very pretty, quiet and bright. Very comfortable bed. My only issue was with check-in. Lock box was quite difficult to access. Needs updating.

Have stayed at this property before & was quite pleased with that first visit. This time, when I arrived, the studio reeked of fried food - even after leaving the windows open. I bought a plug-in air freshener, which eventually removed the smell. I left it in place -- my gift. Perhaps the cleaning crew needs better instructions? Otherwise all was fine.

Forecasters Baseball Stay

We had a wonderful stay in this studio apartment. It’s well appointed, bright and all the conveniences one needs. Bed is very comfortable. Location is fantastic for enjoying the harbor and downtown areas and Pershing park for catching Forestters baseball which is why we came. Access to the 101 is great also. I would definitely stay here again!

Just about perfect

The unit was bright, clean and well-appointed. The property felt completely safe. I prepared a full meal for my dad in the kitchen and was only lacking a rimmed baking sheet! A hairdryer would have been nice, but I imagine that’s an item that “walks away”. My only complaint is I’m a tidy person, and the cleaning fee seems high for 400 square feet.

If you are lucky to have quiet neighboring this building, you can have a nice stay. Studio has everything you need. I was not so lucky with the upstairs neighbors( moving furniture every night ‘) building is nice and good location
