Check-in was fast and easy. Great detailed map of campground. My family and I stayed in the Safari tent site with two queen beds. We enjoyed the overall privacy of our designated area. Our tent site came with our own reserved parking for 1 vehicle as well. Bathrooms with shower are very conveniently located a few steps away. The place was very clean overall. Bathrooms could of had a more welcoming scent. If you’re a light sleeper bring ear plugs as the birds are up 24/7. Also, outside noise/neighbors can be heard easily though the tent. It didn’t bother us one bit but just a something to note. A lighter or matches would be great to bring, it’ll help light the gas fire pit. Site it also equipped with your bbq grill and table for serving. Due to weather we didn’t use the pool areas but they looked very nice. Overall an amazing getaway for the weekend.

We were so excited to try this place but sadly that’s where the excitement ended. There were shady people crusing the lot’s looking at bikes and campers and cars. Apparently they have had a ton of stolen bikes and stuff from the grounds lately. It would be nice if they had a gate up and only allowed guests inside. The pool was the same issue, lots of people cane in who even told us in conversation that they live in the area and know the pool is unlocked. Again, would make sense to make guests use their key card for the pool instead of just leaving it open to the public. Lots of small issues with our cabin as well and then to top it off we returned home to be billed for extra guests (whom we did not have as we know no one in that area). Insane!!! I wish I could have left a better review because we were really excited to find a great new place we could visit a few times a year and maybe even bring our family to, but sadly that was not the case.

This place is awesome. Clean, calming, fun and i especially liked that there's a few restaurants and a brewery, walking distance. I enjoyed every moment. I will definitely be going back again.

Very pleasant experience. Staff is very attentive and grounds are nice. Quiet after a certain time which is nice. I would definately stay there again in the future.

We loved being able to walk around the property and that it was dog friendly. There was so much to do in the campground, it was great! and then having 2 great brewing companies super close was a lot of fun as well.

Everything about this place is perfect!

I LOVE coming to this place. Always a great time with the staff and neighbors.

This was a great, central location to a ton of fantastic opportunities, but that's even if you find the need to leave the resort itself. People all seemed friendly and respectful - looks great for families, but it was also perfect for a girls' trip. 15 minutes either from Solvang or Los Olivos and about a mile from Ostrich Land USA (weird and wonderful) - not much more you could ask for. The cottage was a little worn, but it was clean and stocked with enough cooking utensils for us to make dinner. I also loved the fire pit. Great experience all around and I can't wait to come back!

We love it here! Always a relaxing and fun time. Staff has great customer services.

We have stayed here before and loved it but seems to have went downhill. The cottage we were in was filthy. The air conditioner had so much black dirt on it I was scared to even turn it on. The floor was so dirty my kids feet turned black every time they walked inside. The patio was covered in bird poop. The stairs carpeting was dirty and needs to be replaced. On top of all this one of the pools was not working and that is the reason we actually took the trip. Overall not impressed for $$$$ dollars for 3 nights. Won’t be recommending this place to any more friends.

I stayed in a tent cabin since that was all that was available. Last tent I stayed in had heat. It was 40 degrees that night and I couldn't sleep so got up at 3:30 a.m. and left for back home in SLO. Should have been informed at front desk of this.

Recommended !!!!! Beautiful cottage, quite place with big and clean pool and jacuzzi

This was my second time staying with Flying Flags and both times have created such an amazing memory for us. Once with my family and the second with friends. Both times were equally amazing and we plan to revisit very soon!
