I LOVE coming to this place. Always a great time with the staff and neighbors.

This was a great, central location to a ton of fantastic opportunities, but that's even if you find the need to leave the resort itself. People all seemed friendly and respectful - looks great for families, but it was also perfect for a girls' trip. 15 minutes either from Solvang or Los Olivos and about a mile from Ostrich Land USA (weird and wonderful) - not much more you could ask for. The cottage was a little worn, but it was clean and stocked with enough cooking utensils for us to make dinner. I also loved the fire pit. Great experience all around and I can't wait to come back!

We love it here! Always a relaxing and fun time. Staff has great customer services.

We have stayed here before and loved it but seems to have went downhill. The cottage we were in was filthy. The air conditioner had so much black dirt on it I was scared to even turn it on. The floor was so dirty my kids feet turned black every time they walked inside. The patio was covered in bird poop. The stairs carpeting was dirty and needs to be replaced. On top of all this one of the pools was not working and that is the reason we actually took the trip. Overall not impressed for $$$$ dollars for 3 nights. Won’t be recommending this place to any more friends.

I stayed in a tent cabin since that was all that was available. Last tent I stayed in had heat. It was 40 degrees that night and I couldn't sleep so got up at 3:30 a.m. and left for back home in SLO. Should have been informed at front desk of this.

Recommended !!!!! Beautiful cottage, quite place with big and clean pool and jacuzzi

This was my second time staying with Flying Flags and both times have created such an amazing memory for us. Once with my family and the second with friends. Both times were equally amazing and we plan to revisit very soon!

Flying flags is such a wonderful place! My husband and I stayed in one of the airstreams and it was amazing!! We had our own bbq, fire pit with chairs and picnic table. We went to their courtyard BBQ for dinner one night and the food was delicious! They have movies playing at night in the courtyard, beautiful swimming pools and playgrounds for the kids. This is a great place to go as a couple or for families. Everyone is out and about riding bikes and walking around. I would definitely recommend this place for camping or glamping!

This is the nicest property that I have stayed at. The overall conditions of our tent were Amazing.

I liked the campsite and the layout and the proximity to the highway and beaches. The cottage we were allocated was not in a good location. The highway was behind it and it was noisy 24/7 with traffic. It was almost unbearable and the bedroom and sleeping loft were on the highway area so no sleep for 3 days!!! The stairs to the loft were wobbly and the carpet on the stairs was very dirty. There was also shredded cheese all over the shelf in the fridge ( which obviously had not been cleaned up) plus the floors were not clean and there was dirt under and beside the fridge and food stains/ dirt under the kitchen sink. The bathroom sink smelt like sewerage. The outside patio furniture cushions were old and faded and the bbq grill had not been cleaned. My main complaint was the highway noise. I asked to be moved to a different property but the agent at Flying Flags said we couldnt as we booked through Orbitz. I paid a lot of money for 3 nights accommodation and would like compensation

private cottages were clean and full of many of the comforts you find at home. stove, microwave, a/c heater.. wish our unit had its own firepit or given a choice when checking in if we would like a unit with a outdoor firepit

Great place ..very clean and relaxing..would be nice if they had firepits at the wine cottages.

Quaint property, tons of amenities and close to Solvang

Hello Bryan, Thank you for providing such valued feedback. If there is some way to get into contact with you, I would love to further speak to you about your lackluster experience while staying at Flying Flags. It is our goal to provide our guests such a high quality experience that they want to come back and this reads as though we did not meet that. Looking forward to hearing from you.
