Dingy, floors were stained and dirty, smelled musty and moldy. I felt like I was living in the basement. It was nothing that I was used to and there was no point in complaining about it because we were told the hotel was full. Not impressed at all I stayed at quality inns many times and have not had this kind of experience and for the amount of money we spent I could have probably had a better experience at motel 6

The room smelled like mildew. the air conditioning unit sounded like a turbine and was really not very efficient. The staff was friendly and nice. Breakfast was good. The mattress was very uncomfortable. (it sank when laid upon) price was too high for the condition.

I would say the room and hotel in general was fair. The staff however was excellent!! From the moment we walked in, the staff was friendly and very accommodating. Missed room service and needed towels. The front desk was very quick to deliver. Breakfast was a typical "hotel lobby" offering but clean and kept stocked.
