The property is located in a quiet area. The property is quite old. Desperately needs renovation / update. Old furniture. Customer service is great. Staff is awesome.

Exterior of the hotel does not shine, but the room was a pleasant surprise. It was small, but originally had a double bed I'm sure. Now a king size that takes up a lot of space. This is what we asked for. The bed was very comfortable and we slept well. If you have trouble with stairs, ask for ground floor. There is an elevator, but placement makes it awkward to use. Breakfast was good, fresh with choices and better than average coffee. Location was perfect for us. Close to Solvang with easy highway access. We travel frequently for pleasure and would recommend this Quality Inn.

I was pleasantly surprised. I would stay here again, but obviously my preference would be in the city of Solvang. Staff was kind. Roomwas fine. Beds are a little small for a couple but great for kids. I did not eat at the cafe, but the fact they have one is a plus. Price point was doable, but I realize it was Christmas time so prices will be higher. Still, as I said, I would stay again.

The customer service was excellent. Matthew was very patient with me because I had a hard time with the room keys. It was my fault. I don't travel very often and not up with "the times". Breakfast was great and the gal working it had a smile on her face the whole time. I recommend Gino's pizza; it was excellent.

Room 504 gets a LOT of highway noise. You should definitely try to get a room overlooking the parking lot. Otherwise no complaints.

Convenient for our trip. But…had a couple of issues with room. Hair dryer did not work. Toilet ran unless you manually opened the tank and fixed it. Was clean and quiet but could have done better.
