Super séjour chez Elia qui est un hôte très arrangeant et gentil.L’appartement est confortable, la literie est de bonne qualité. La piscine est très propre et spacieuse.Quel bonheur de s’y plonger en fin de journée!

Gelungener Familienurlaub

Sehr saubere Ferienwohnung und gepflegtes Anwesen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Elia der Vermieter war schon am Tag vor Anreise mit uns in Kontakt, wir gaben eine ungefähre Ankunftszeit an und Elia erwartete uns schon mit den Schlüsseln. Auch während dem Aufenthalt hat er sich immer wieder erkundigt ob alles in Ordnung sei und gab Tipps für Ausflüge. Was für uns wichtig ist zu erwähnen, das 2. Schlafzimmer ist nicht separat! Es ist eine Schlafcouch die man täglich aus- und einklappt. Es gibt keine Spülmaschine und auch keinen Backofen! In unserer Wohneinheit war das WiFi leider sehr schlecht, sodass wir komplett auf LTE angewiesen waren. Sonst waren wir sehr zufrieden. Wir bekamen in der Zeit von 8 Tagen sogar 1x frische Handtücher. Der Pool war zum abkühlen und plantschen perfekt.

Tolle Ferienwohnung

Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr sauber. Der Vermieter war super nett, alles hat wunderbar geklappt. Im Haus befinden sich insgesamt 3 Ferienwohnungen. Hinter dem Haus ist eine große Dachterasse auf der man gemütlich sitzen kann. Das komplette Anwesen ist sehr gepflegt, mit einem großen automatischen Tor nach außen abgeschirmt. Das zweite Schlafzimmer war in die Küche integriert mit einer Ausziehcouch. Die war super bequem und auch der Platz hat noch gut zum kochen gereicht. Der einzige Nachteil war die stark befahrene Straße die direkt am Haus vorbei führt. Nachts wird der Verkehr zwar weniger, aber es ist immer ein gewisser Geräuschpegel vorhanden. Mit Oropax war die Nacht jedoch kein Problem.

Apartment toll-leider zu laut für uns!

Das Apartment ist sehr sauber, nett eingerichtet und es ist eine sehr gepflegte Anlage. Der Pool wurde jeden Tag gereinigt. Der Vermieter war sehr freundlich und sehr bemüht. Leider liegt das Objekt direkt an einer stark befahrenen Straße und man hat 24 Stunden Auto-und Motorradlärm. Obwohl die Fenster geschlossen waren, war der Autolärm so laut, dass wir alle nicht schlafen konnten. Auch Tagsüber konnte man auf der Terasse und am Pool leider keine Ruhe finden. Mit beruhigter Straße wäre es wirklich toll.

Really nice time here

It was a very nice holiday at the apartment. The apartment was very clean and equipped with new furnitures. The pool was very clean too. Perfect for our son. We enjoyed it very much. Thank you Ellia for this nice 9 days. We definitely will come back again.

Super erholsamen Urlaub

Wer Erholung braucht muss zur Villa Lenotti. Wir 3 Monate, 7,9,16 und Eltern haben uns super willkommen gefühlt. Wir haben den Pool vor der Nase gehabt also immer die Kinder im Blick gehabt Somit konnten wir uns immer in Ruhe unseren Sachen widmen und den Kinder trotzdem beobachten. Täglich wurde von Elia ( der Sohn der Familie Lenotti) nach den Rechten geschaut und ob was fehlt. Der Pool wurde Täglich sauber gemacht. Das hat man aber wirklich nur mitbekommen wenn der Van da stand. Die Familie Lenotti hat sich um alles gekümmert aber so diskret das man sie garnicht mitbekommen hat😊. Die Mülltonnen wurden draussen wie aus Zauberhand immer geleert. Meine Kinder haben die Mama lenotti sofort ins Herz geschlossen 🥰, sie ist ein so herzliche Person. Das Anwesen wird mit Kameras ünerwacht wo wir uns sogar in Dunkelheit sicher fühlten. Das ganze Anwesen ist so gut umzäunt das man sehr privat für sich ist. Drei Parkplätze stehen zu Verfügung und sind nur mit der Verbindung zugänglich. Nach der Geburt hab ich diese Erholung sehr gebraucht und bekommen. Nein weit entfernt findet man in jede Richtung promenade und meine Kids haben das Abends geliebt. Vielen vielen Dank Familie Lenotti, es war eine schöne Zeit und wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder 🌹🥰

Eine tolle Zeit für die ganze Familie!!!

Kurz vor Reiseantritt hat der Vermieter uns kontaktiert. Er hat gefragt wann wir ungefähr ankommen werden und welche Sprache(n) wir sprechen. Er bot uns an jemanden zu rufen, der auch deutsch sprechen kann. Da wir mit Englisch, Italienisch und Händen und Füßen klar kommen, haben wir uns dagegen entschieden. Dies war auch absolut kein Problem. Pünktlich zur abgesprochenen Zeit war der Vermieter Elia vor Ort und hat uns super nett empfangen. Das Haus war leicht zu finden und das große Grundstück bietet genug Platz für 3 Autos (3 Ferienwohnungen). Das Grundstück ist komplett eingezäunt, lediglich durch ein großes Tor zu betreten und durch gezielt gesetzte Kameras sicher. Der Garten ist super gepflegt, sehr sauber, sehr schön angelegt und der große Pool inklusive Liegen auf der Wiese laden sofort zum verweilen ein. Die Wohnung ist gemütlich eingerichtet, sehr sauber und alles sehr ordentlich verarbeitet. Das große Bett bequem und auch das Schlafsofa (ausgezogen als Bett für unsere Jungs) qualitativ hochwertig und bequem. Es war sowohl in der Küche, im Bad und im Schlafzimmer alles vorhanden was man für einen tollen Urlaub benötigt. Jede Wohnung hat einen Balkon oder eine Terrasse mit Tisch und Stühlen. Die Klimaanlage in beiden Räumen funktioniert problemlos. Das Internet ebenfalls. Bei Bedarf Waschmaschine, Wäschetrockner, Bügelbrett und Bügeleisen vorhanden. Die Wohnung liegt zentral um sowohl den Gardasee (Lazise, Bardolino, Garda,…) problemlos innerhalb von 10 Minuten zu erreichen (schöne Strecke durch die Weinberge), aber auch um Ausflüge nach Verona, Venedig oder an das Meer mit Auto oder Zug zu starten. Elia und seine Eltern sind ausgesprochen herzlich und legen großen Wert auf die Zufriedenheit ihrer Gäste. Sie stehen für alle Belange zur Verfügung. Sind täglich vor Ort um zu schauen ob alles in Ordnung ist und erledigen alltägliche Arbeiten (z. B. 2x wöchentlich Handtuchwechsel, kehren, gießen, Pool prüfen, Früchte aus dem Garten vor die Tür stellen,…). Wir konnten die Familie jederzeit ansprechen oder anschreiben. Fragen bezüglich Ausflügen oder sonstigen Tips wurden helfend beantwortet. Wir kommen wieder und empfehlen die Villa Lenotti sehr gerne weiter.
