Apartment with sea views and beach access: The apartment of 50m2 is in the Sot del Morer urbanization of Sant Pol de Mar in front of the beach, 10min from the train station, 55km from Girona and 65km from Barcelona Airport with direct SAGALES bus. It is located on the third floor with sea views from the terrace and direct access to the beach. The bedroom is composed of a double bed and in the living room there is a very large sofa-bed for two people. There is a full bathroom, equipped kitchen with washing machine, fans, stove for winter, flat screen TV, wifi throughout the establishment and free parking. Key collection takes place in the same apartment from 4pm to 9pm with an option to extend. It is a smoke-free apartment and pets are allowed at an additional cost. At the check in we will ask for the tourist tax of 1.00 x person x night and the documentation and we will be at your disposal almost 24h for anything you may need during the stay.

Très bon séjour.
Appartement très bien avec belle vue sur la mer.
Calme. Vraiment à deux minutes de la mer.
Il y a le train le long de la plage mais on ne l'entend pas de l'appartement.
Les habitants sont très gentils.
Pour notre premier séjour en Espagne nous sommes ravis. On reviendra dans le pays. Merci

L'appartement est bien situé, tout près de la mer. L'environnement est assez joli et calme malgré la circulation.
Le propriétaire et sa gestionnaire sont très faciles à joindre.

La communication avec Ana pour l'entrée et la sortie a été super. L'appartement est bien équipé, le parking est un vrai plus dans le quartier et l'accès direct à la plage en 2 min à pieds est super pratique, nous avons adoré !
Nous avons juste été déçus du balcon qui n'était pas conforme aux photos de l'annonce, sans doute un autre appartement du bâtiment. De plus les murs sont très fins, si vous avez des voisins comme les notres qui ne respectent pas la tranquillité d'autrui la nuit, vous risquez de mal dormir.
