This island oasis features a split floor plan with separate bedrooms, comfortable & spacious living room/dining room area, and nicely appointed & updated kitchen & bathrooms. Bask in the true beauty of Sanibel by enjoying the views of the bay and listening the waves roll in. With easy access on and off the island, the Mariner Pointe complex is conveniently located to the Sanibel Causeway, close to shopping and restaurants as well as the near-by island-wide bike paths. Your home away from home is calling! We look forward to welcoming you!

Mariner Pointe is a great community that offers an array of enjoyable amenities to its guests and has the ideal location with easy on & off access to the Sanibel Causeway. Enjoy two heated swimming pools, an all-weather tennis court, pickleball court and multi-use court (can be used for pickleball also), a private fishing pier, eleven barbecue grills, private canal-side dockage, easy-in/out kayak launch pad with nearby storage area, shuffleboard, reserved parking, and easy access to nearby beaches, shops & restaurants and the island-wide bike paths.

Condo amenities include: 2 bedrooms/2 bathrooms -- 2 King beds & pull-out Queen sleeper sofa (sleeps 6), Smart TVs (streaming only), WIFI available, fully equipped kitchen, 2 heated shared pools, 2 community tennis courts, public BBQ gas grills, dock & fishing pier, in-suite washer & dryer. Bed linens and Bath towels included. No Pets allowed. This unit comes stocked with beach chairs, beach towels and an umbrella.

Incidental Damage Benefit - We understand accidents happen! Every booking with Sanibel Vacations includes protection for those incidental accidents causing damage to the property. Applies to incidental damage only with limits. Details in rental agreement.

7 night minimum rental period is required. This unit is non-smoking with a maximum occupancy of 6 people. Boats slip rental and kayak/paddleboard launching available on-site at Mariner Pointe for an additional fee.

Mariner Pointe Update: Amenities have been restored including the community pools, tennis and pickle ball courts, BBQ grills, fishing pier and boat slips. There may be some additional recovery work that will take place throughout 2026 including building milestone repairs, Quantum Internet Fiber installation, and a large landscaping project. Even with these final touches underway, your beach vacation will still be extraordinary and we look forward to welcoming you back!

Absolutely fantastic condo just as pictured and pool was clean and maintained daily. Wonderful place to stay with close fine dining eateries and island shopping. Never have to leave island to enjoy the BEST of Florida!

This place was amazing, great location, great service and very clean home. Dolphins are around pretty much all day every day. Everyone in area is nice. Beds were really comfortable, lounge at the window was a great spot for reading books.Host responded very quickly.
