This townhouse style two-bedroom, 2.5 bath has two screened porches with a view of tropical vegetation and partial Gulf view. The open living/dining area has lots of light thanks to large picture windows. The kitchen is partially open to the living area with a breakfast bar/stools. A half bath is located on first floor. Upstairs are the primary and guest bedrooms, each with a full bathroom.

Bedroom Configurations - 6 maximum
Primary bedroom: 1 king bed
Guest bedroom: 2 twin beds
Living room: 1 queen sleeper sofa bed

Bedrooms and bathrooms: The primary bedroom, with king bed, has plenty of room for your personal belongings and has a screened porch. The bathroom has a tub/shower combination. The guest bedroom with two twin beds; the guest bath has a step-in shower. The unit has a portable crib.

Kitchen: The kitchen is roomy with numerous cupboards and spacious granite counters. It is fully stocked for cooking and dining in. The washer/dryer are in a closet off the kitchen.

Dining and Living Room: The dining table seats four, with stools at the adjacent counter for overflow. The living room with two sofas also has a screened porch with table and chairs.

Great Location for a family

We were comfortable and loved the location, but would have preferred a more up to date kitchen and no carpeting with kids. Art was not in our taste range, but layout and 2 screened porches were great. Well stocked in kitchen and beach closet.
