Location, location! Stay in one of the oldest houses in Sanford, built in 1900!
The Contemporary is a two bedroom apartment in Downtown Historical Sanford. The living room offers a super tall ceiling with exposed beams and a cool accent wall. The bedrooms are small but comfortable and have queen beds in each. Walk downtown, no need to drive to go to the local restaurants and bars. Tuffy’s is just around the corner & other bars and restaurants.

Super cute 2 bedroom apartment. Super Clean, only downfalls are being able to hear your neighbors and the AC draining water in bedroom 2.

This was an amazing place for my husband and I to stay in the historic town of Sanford. We loved how close the historic town but also how close the downtown area was. The hospitality was amazing and the hosts were very responsive when I had questions or requests. I will stay again and would highly recommend!

Overnight getaway

We had a wonderful experience at this property!!! It was super clean, super convenient to walk to downtown Sanford, the owner was super easy to communicate with and very fast to respond and was very accommodating!! We loved it so much that we didn’t want to leave!!! The price was also awesome!!! We are looking forward to not only renting this space again but also bringing friends and renting other units at the same time!! Fabulous place!!
