Located in one of the quietest areas of the city, next to the Palacio de Aiete, this seasonal apartment in San Sebastian is perfect for lovers of green landscape views.

The bright and spacious apartment is divided into two floors and has three bedrooms: one with a 160 cm double bed, another with a 135 cm bed and a work space, and another with a 90 cm single bed and a study area; two full bathrooms, one with a shower tray and the other with a bathtub; living room, dining area, modern kitchen and a pleasant terrace, perfect for enjoying breakfast or a summer dinner. All this in a cozy and very bright design space, with views over the natural landscape that surrounds it.

THE ENVIRONMENT

Aiete is a very quiet neighbourhood, located at the top of the hill that surrounds La Concha Bay. Its location is perfect if you are looking for an apartment that allows you to be close to the center and the hustle and bustle during the day, but return to a quiet area at the end. One step away from the apartment is the Palacio de Aiete, a neoclassical building surrounded by a park of almost 81,000 m2 that looks like something out of a fairy tale, with trees that form real forests to walk through, ponds and even a cave.
