Honestly, this hotel needs a deep clean and a face lift. The reception staff is rude and under qualified -they need a crash course in hospitality ASAP. The only good thing here is the restaurant and their staff and the cleaning crew who definitely do their best with what they have for the room. But overall, truly disappointing and I would never recommend this place. You are better off getting another hotel in San Miguel that is newer for the price point.

There was no cable tv in rooms water get stock in shower tub.
Good hotel for price. Gated parking garage with security guard. All the room's have A/C which you are going to need.The breakfast was very good Didn't like that we had to get tickets in the mornings to get our breakfast. The staff is very friendly and welcoming . The hotel is very close to the Market (Mercado) and Wendys, Burger King are across the street.
It is one of the best hotels in San Miguel in a very safe area with many restaurants within walking distance, good staff and food

el restaurante muy bonito y la comida muy buena, y lo que no me gusto fue la iluminacion de los pasillos y ciertas aeras del hotel estaban a oscuras, y daba un aspecto de descuidado el hotel.
