BRAND NEW & NEWLY RENOVATED
Be among the first to stay in this immaculate, freshly renovated unit. We have designed this 600 sq ft private suite to be the perfect home base for exploring San Luis Obispo.
SLEEPING SANCTUARY
- Primary Bedroom: Features a luxurious California King bed with plush linens. The bedroom is completely separate from the living area, ensuring a restful and private night`s sleep.
- Living Room: Includes a comfortable fold-out couch for additional sleeping.
- Capacity Note: The sleeper sofa is ideal for up to two children or one adult guest.
LIVING & RELAXING
The spacious living room is designed for downtime, featuring relaxed seating, a flat-screen Smart TV, and fast Wi-Fi for streaming or catching up on work.
KITCHENETTE & DINING
A convenient space to prepare coffee and light bites before heading out to downtown dining.
- Amenities: Under-counter refrigerator, sink with counter space, microwave, and a Nespresso coffee maker.
- Essentials: Fully stocked with dishware, mugs, and utensils.
- Important Note: To comply with city regulations, there is no stove or cooktop in this unit.
BATHROOM
A full private bathroom featuring a shower/tub combo, stocked with fresh towels, a hairdryer, and essential toiletries.
PARKING
You have a dedicated off-street parking spot for a stress-free arrival.
- Location: Please park at the bottom and right side of the driveway, directly in front of the parking sign located next to the stairs that access the suite.
- Please DO NOT pull your vehicle all the way up the driveway.

We are located in a quiet, residential setting in Monterey Heights. It is the ideal balance of peace and proximity—walkable to Cal Poly and just a short drive to the heart of downtown SLO.
House Rules:
Check-in / Check-out: Check-in after 3:00 PM. Check-out by 11:00 AM unless otherwise approved.
Occupancy: Only registered guests are permitted on the property. No parties or events.
Noise: Quiet hours are 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM. Please be respectful of neighbors at all times.
Smoking: No smoking or vaping inside the unit or near doors/windows.
Pets: Pets are only allowed in pet-friendly units and must be approved in advance.
Bikes: Complimentary bikes are available for guest use where provided. Ride at your own risk, secure bikes when not in use, and return them in the same condition.
Parking: Park only in designated areas as outlined in your arrival instructions.
Care of Property: Please treat the home with care and report any damage or issues promptly.
Trash & Dishes: Please dispose of trash and wash dishes before departure.
Safety: Do not tamper with smoke detectors, safety equipment, or utility systems.
Failure to follow house rules may result in additional charges or removal without refund.
