The fist room they gave me had not been cleaned. The second room door didn't want to open with the room key. Once the key worked after about 50 tries, I had to almost kick down the door just to open it. Some of the lamps in the room didn't work, and one recessed light in the bathroom was falling apart. Terrible experience overall.

Horrible. Went through several rooms before found one where everything works (one room probably got mold exposure from entering) but no microwave or coffee maker. Took 6 days to get brought to room. Racist against Hispanics desk clerk. Stayed over a month and given worst room, as far from lobby as possible. Horrible customer service. Charged twice and a $850 charge out of nowhere which I luckily caught and fixed. There is nobody to complain to higher up or corporate affiliate. Most of the hotel isn't even used. If I had to guess I would say it's only a front to launder money. Don't stay here.
