Our two story SLO Home is central to the county and coastal towns. It sits on a small lot and is just over 2,000 square feet. It's easy to maintain, nice and bright and BRAND NEW! The downstairs bedroom/guest room/playroom has a Murphy bed and has its own entrance and bathroom. Upstairs is the large primary suite with mountain views. Also upstairs are two smaller bedrooms, which share a bathroom, linen storage and laundry facilities. All bedrooms have a ceiling fan, desk, desk lamp, comfortable arm chair, side table, a dresser, two sets of linens and a night stand. The open concept living room, dining and fully outfitted kitchen opens to the back and out to a fenced, intimate backyard with a small rock feature, artificial grass and an outdoor dining area. The kitchen has a bank of four pantry cupboards that provide for separate food storage. The garage houses one car, but also has a large storage area for luggage/boxes.
The vacation home is air-conditioned and features a kitchen and 3.5 bathrooms, and there's space to spread out with 4 bedrooms. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a coffee maker, and an ironing board.
