Wonderful view and location to the beach. We were frustrated with no dresser for clothing or a place for luggage with easy access. The hot water was barely hot in the shower. The ac units in the building arent working apparently so it was stuffy without all windows and doors opened all the time (which i dont mind but when theres not a breeze it doesnt help either). The bed was comfy! Either the tv or internet was slow, any time we tried to watch movies on different apps on the tv they would freeze and and we would have to restart so we gave up. It was relatively quiet which was great!

Not good unfortunately

Unfortunately one of the worst rooms I’ve stayed in. The shower head was probably the nastiest thing I’ve seen at any hotel. The blinds are bent and broken. One of the windows has a curtain up with nails. My 2 year old couldn’t sleep at all with my husband and I due to the noise of the bed from moving while also having light come in from the windows. Idk how the other rooms are but 212 is not good. I’m sad we had a bad experience.

It was a good value for money. Location is excellent, in the heart of downtown, walkable to the pier. The rooms on floor 2 have poor view of the ocean.

We have stayed in this room 3 times and have been really pleased each time. This time, however, the 2 tv's worked sporadically. There seems to be a problem with the wifi. The king bed is wonderful. The last time we stayed in this room the owner had put a new bed in the room that was uncomfortably firm. Felt like sleeping on the floor. Since then, they put a new mattress in there that is super comfy. Thank you!!!

I loved the location. The place was clean, that’s very important. I was surprised that they didn’t have AC. It was a very hot day, but it cooled down at night. we had to sleep with the back door and front window open. I still loved the place and would go back in the future.

Amazing property! We saw that Beach House Inn & Suites had an available suite perfect for for our upcoming trip so we cancelled our other reservation and booked this one…so glad we did! First of all, the location is unbeatable. You literally walk out of the property and are right behind Splash Cafe and everything else by the pier. Our suite was perfect. I think the best thing for me was it felt like you were staying in someone’s home rather than a hotel. The property had very beachy vibes for the decor. I loved that there were even toys in the room…it helped us entertain our little one so much. The staff was great as well. So friendly and always quick to answer any questions we had. This will definitely be our go to place for our future Pismo trips.

This property was great. It was convenient. It was right in the mix of things. I would definitely stay here again. Jennifer was great. I’m sorry not great above and beyond extraordinary. I highly recommend this place beautiful views.
