Property needs some TLC some rooms have no screens on the windows , All the A/Cs don’t work in every room. And the whole place needs a paint job. And a power wash!!

Ask if the ac works because she won’t tell you.

Air conditioning was not working. Front desk says she informed me and she didn’t. I wouldn’t have agreed to stay in a hot room with my children in the summertime. She insisted she told me when she absolutely did not.

We were made to wait 20 minutes because the rooms weren’t clean when they said they would be. We ended up checking in and were given room 251. We walked in and walked right back out because the room was a disheveled mess. Was very obvious the room was indeed, not clean. We told the receptionist who checked us in and then we just left. Didn’t even stay. We would like our money back for this experience and I think deservedly so.

They only had smoker rooms available even tho i reserved ahead of time. The door wouldn't shut all the way and i felt unsafe. My AC wasn’t working and I heard several other people complain that their room had the same issues. When i checked between the headboard and the mattress, used cotton swabs and what looked like co*dom wrappers were found. Sheets had an unpleasant odor. The pool was dirty and was full of bugs The bathroom towels were full of hair.

Filthy restroom and shower. Bed bugs. No sympathy or offer to reimburse part of the price. Second worst hotel I've ever stayed at.

I arrived for a late night check-in around midnight. Greeted the front desk attendant with a friendly hello. He rudely asked for my ID and license plate number. His demeanor to me was almost as if I was bothering him. He finished the check-in process and I went to my room. I noticed that the shower was still dirty along with the shower curtains. There was a red residue on the shower curtains, almost like blood. The shower curtains do not keep the water inside the shower so when I was finished with my shower, I stepped out to a puddle of water on the floor. An extra towel too luckily I had an extra towel to soak up all of the water. Location did have convenient parking.

The place is run down. The air conditiong was not working throughout the entire hotel. My parents refused to stay there....the mattress looked like it was pissed on.
