The Staff was very courteous. The rooms need updating. Some of the furniture is tired and old. The TV was difficult to use. Plus, the rooms are not quiet. There must have been a large family with numerous kids next to us. They ran and played until 1:15 AM. Every time the heater came on, it rumbled loudly. This is a very large complex. They serve a nice hot breakfast.

Stay a few times here but this trip the bed was unacceptable. My wife has a bad back and the bed had no support at all when I called to see if they had a room with a bed with more support. I was told all the bed were the same and moving us is not possible which I know from past stays is incorrect. We were in a accessible room and in past stays the bed was great. But being lied to is unacceptable oxford suites is now on our do not book list.
