Good value

Furniture felt like hand-me-downs from some other hotel from the 1980s. The price, however, did not reflect this. If they upgrade the property, the furniture, the carpeting... I'd reconsider.

The sink would not drain, the room had mildew and the beds are so uncomfortable. I stay at a Hilton at least once a month. This location was not a good experience.

Location, amenities

Okay property, was a bit angered that you had to pay for parking for this type of property when much higher end properties in Pismo Beach do not charge a parking fee!

My family and I enjoyed our recent stay. The only complain I have is upon booking our room I paid for breakfast at their buffet which was an additional $14/ per person x4. When I checked in the desk informed me that due to Covid their restaurant was closed which I totally understand, but they will provide a refrigerated boxed breakfast. I requested for a refund as my expectation was to have hot food and I was denied. I called orbitz, customer rep was able to get me a coupon to use on next booking. Otherwise the hotel was great. Location was beautiful.

Rooms were clean and sanitized. Clerks were very helpful.

Had parking for our trailer, room was large and clean.

The propery is really nice. I appreciated checking into my room 30 mins before check in. The family room is very spacious perfect for a family of 5. Due to covid I assumed food wouldnt be available, on the signs it says to ask but it was never brought up during check in how that worked. Coffee is available on the side of check in but wasnt offered when I arrived early to check on my room availability. Great hotel, quiet, clean & spacious!
