Gorgeous room with close beach views (depending on the room you get). Only downside is parking is first come first serve and limited, so be aware that the seagulls/pigeons will attack your car and will most likely need a car wash

The beach view was amazing, fairly easy to access if you don’t mind a few steps. The check in was welcoming and informative with great restaurant recommendations. Fires on the ocean patio were inviting and well attended. A very comfortable inn, highly recommend!

The floor LOOKS clean because of the laminate, but it is dirty. I wiped a small area with a tissue to pick up something, and the tissue was black. Also, my husband is sensitive to particulates in the air (dust, etc.). His nose continually ran except when he was in the hot tub and when we went to dinner. After dinner we returned to the room and his nose started running again. We had isolated him at dinner (an important family memorial event) because we did not want to pass on what seemed to be a new cold, but it wasn’t a case of illness; it was due to an unclean atmosphere in the room. This is NOT due to your gracious and hardworking staff. The drapes, fan, floors, area rug (and probably bedspread) need to be cleaned.

All around great spot.

I have stayed here before. I like the look, it’s comfortable. Now days everyone is going so clean modern it feels cold. The staff was all great. Had great suggestions. I was bringing my daughter back to CalPoly. I love that it is right on the beach and we can walk to our favorite breakfast spot, moonlight cafe. I just love the location.

Lovely spacious rooms, friendly and helpful staff and easy beach access with a nice walking path along the bluffs to take the pups out. Property was in a quiet part of town but we loved that you could walk along the beach to downtown Pismo. Also really appreciated that there were ceiling fans because it got pretty warm when we were there
