Historic building. Clean and quite. Only one elevator that connect to 2 separated buildings for those that need it. Have to asked extra toilet paper when the one in the room have about more than half left. Breakfast area is small and too crowded. The fridge is not cold enough...

So clean and beautiful!

We were given a room key, parked and unloaded, when we got to the room, it had not been cleaned. We had to put luggage back in the car, get another room and unpack the car again. It was chilly outside and the heater is set so we were unable to turn the heat up to take the chill out. I had to order an extra blanket. It was freezing getting out of the shower the next morning.

Nice comfortable bed

There was a lot of construction workers yelling across the rooms and parking lots to talk to each other and also playing loud music and hanging on the balconies looking over parking lot at the guests or hanging around their rooms drinking beer. Both mornings it was very loud due to the workers loading their trucks and slamming doors right next to my window. It was very uncomfortable experiencing this especially when I had my children around this every time we came back to out hotel room

I like this hotel but is getting dated, room 238 was noisy in the morning because is next to staff facilities, the mattress should be updated and more firm, breakfast ends too early on a Sunday (9:30 am) the room was cold, the heater unit didn't work properly, I'll prefer a different hotel the next time.

Very well maintained and nice location. Had fridge, microwave, comfortable beds, friendly staff and to go breakfast. Just a request to give vegetarian sandwiches as option too.

Water pressure was non existent, and I chose this hotel as it was supposed to have a bath/shower combination but only had a shower

Room was spacious, had a full size couch for lounging and a wet bar area with a refrigerator.

The housekeepers were great, the desk staff, that's another story, very inpersonal, border line rude, wouldn't let my friend use the lobby bathroom, no eye contact, no smile, didn't even know what a USB connection was??. Again the housekeeping staff was great

Old, falling apart, and dirty rooms. Staff was very unpleasant and rude. Location was good, but other than that, there’s nothing good I can say about this place. Very disappointing stay.

Had to park quite a ways from the room. Very crowded! Room was clean but very much in need of renovations.

They had a large group of construction personnel at the hotel. The put all the guests on one side of the hotel (NOT COVID SAFE) with these guys who revel big trucks and partied outside of the rooms. Until I finally called the desk at 10:15pm. I felt very unsafe as a women there.

Very nice comfortable place. Friendly staff and great customer service

Big parking area and excellent location close to the freeway

Walls were thin. Could hear footsteps all the time upstairs. Carpets were very dirty. Was in town to have knee surgery. Took a shower in the evening and didn’t leave the room. The next morning I took another shower and so much dirt came off of my feet from just walking on the carpet. Overall not worth the price. If I ever have to go back to Arroyo Grande again I would probably stay at the Hampton Inn.

Great place to stay !! Clean and bed was comfortable
