Characterized by its high ceilings, native mosaic tile floor, the space features three windows, including two large casement style windows, which open wide to provide continuous fresh ocean breeze and view of the water and sand and swaying palm trees!
The space is accessible through a private entrance, by a very cool interior stairwell, and is the former service quarters attached to a larger main apartment, which serves as a private residence
The apartment is within a 1940's era colonial style, four story walk-up building (top floor). There are three main apartments in the building, one on each floor, all occupied by permanent residents. This unit is in the back (north, ocean facing) end of the main apartment at the penthouse level , attached, but separate.
The unit includes a kitchenette, equipped with a mini fridge, large toaster oven, microwave oven, and a coffee maker! Also assorted plates, bowls, glasses, and silverware.
