They do not offer hot water period. The owner claimed it is disclosed on the website. It is not disclosedon Hotel.com or Bookings that i can find. You get 2 bath towels no hand towels no face cloths

The room was clean and very small. The table covering had multiple stains. The bathroom was clean however there were multiple missing tiles on the wall one exposing electrical wires. The windows didn’t have any screens therefore mosquitoes were abundant in the room so bring repellent. The shower handle fell off while showering and was never repaired despite multiple conversations with Angel who was very pleasant when he visited the property.

I loved my stay here. I got a small room for my stay on a business trip, nothing fancy but I don't need much- just a place to sleep and shower between business hours. The staff is very friendly and accommodating and the location of the property is walking distance to everything I needed, so I saved money on car rentals and got to enjoy the scenery while I walked to and from my destinations. I will definitely be staying here again in the future!

Clean and quiet stay= Relaxing

The room was very clean and absolutely beautiful. Was given extra towels and sheets. Everything worked and looked brand new. Microwave perfect, the clean fridge I loved. The bathroom was clean and beautiful. What I loved most was that the area was nice and quiet. No one bothered me. And I got my well rested vacation I needed. I will definitely come back every year. I loved it here.

Had a great experience staying at Star of the Olympus! Staff is very kind and responds within minutes if there is anything you need help with. Walkable to shops and restaurants. Has parking on premise but we were able to get street parking every day right outside the building so never ended up using the parking.

The bathroom was filthy. Black mold in shower. Main door lock was broken. Found it had swung open in middle of night. False advertised as fitting 3 adults. A single queen bed with dirty sheets and a futon. Microwave didn’t work. Ancient burner stove. Under no circumstances do I recommend anyone stay here. Yes it’s close to the condado. But for what you pay for there are TONS of other options. Stay away. The room was simply NOT cleaned before we showed up. The bathroom hasn’t been cleaned in lord knows how long. Black fungus growing in shower tiles. Bath mat soaked and RANK on the floor. We had to toss it out on the walkway to TRY and sleep there. We honestly left a day early due to how bad it was.
