We had room 62 which faced the road with a balcony. Double full/queen. We had an amazing view of Condado bay! Free secured parking right across the street! Room was huge with microwave, fridge, coffee, free waters, housekeeping on request. Beds were comfy, water was hot and a/c was ice cold! It was perfect. 10/10 would stay again.

It's in a great location to hit the beaches and old San Juan and the castles all together. The workers from the cleaning staff to security to reception were all incredibly helpful. Only small thing was they were doing work on the roof I believe or somewhere in the hotel and it started at 7:00am and woke me and my wife up multiple times on our honeymoon. Still great experience.
