Water smelled of sulfur, bed was too hard even when second bed was requested and paid for for 600 peso, WiFi was terrible in room and in Surrounding area could not get signal and had to request a new password everyday for the terrible WiFi, the shower needed replaced didn’t work right requested to be fixed never happened, had to pay for almost every Amenities, I.E. blow dryer, towels for swimming pool. The staff was great and friendly and did what they could to be helpful. Was given free lunch for my dissatisfaction. Pool was best part of the hotel very nice and freezing in hot weather. With the minor issue upgrades that I suggested I would return and stay at the hotel, but without the upgrades I suggested to the manager I will not stay again.
