Maria was a great host. She quickly answered any questions we had. Check in went smoothly. Condo was very quiet and had everything we needed. Master bath could use some updating. Outside seating area was comfortable. A perfect location with community pool, beach, golf courses, a variety of restaurants and casino in the Rio Mar property!

The host was great, the drop in a star was only because some of the place had maintenance issues - which were only visual, not drastically functional - like countertop damage in the main bathroom, mould around the bath grout, non working hot tap in the powder room

We had a great stay at Casa Las Brisas. It was an ideal location with access to beautiful beaches.Everything in the condo was organized and pleasant. It was really nice to have an equipped kitchen with basic cooking supplies and coffee. The beds were very comfortable. Communication with the host was prompt and thorough. Follow the map coordinates provided and you will find the location without a problem.

Beautiful home

Where to begin! The pictures and descriptions don’t do it justice. We have stayed at many VRBO properties and this one was my favorite! From the moment we entered, we were impressed with how beautifully appointed it was. It was extremely clean and perfectly supplied (above and beyond). Maria thought of everything one might need in order to enjoy the visit. Beach towels and chairs, boogie boards, a small cooler with ice packs in the freezer, sunscreen, lotions, soaps and more. The kitchen had all the supplies needed for preparing a gourmet meal. The quality of the kitchen supplies helped to make one feel one was cooking at home (understandably rentals sometimes have cheap kitchen supplies; probably because people abuse things-not the case here!) Cast iron even!We were concerned that we wouldn’t have access to the pool because of Wyndham’s new restrictions. But you do not need access to the beach club; there is a lovely pool in the cluster, a short walk up hill from the condo. It was clean, quiet and refreshing.We played tennis at the Rio Mar resort; reservations were easily made. We walked up the beach (from our access point) to the resort as well. There is dining there. The property is minutes from El Yunque rainforest. We enjoyed hiking to waterfalls there. You can hear the sounds of the rainforest from the condo balcony. It is also about a 15 min drive to the Luquillo kiosks. The beach there is perfect for young kids as the water is calm.Thank you so much!
