After reading through all the reviews, I am shocked no one mentioned what I experienced. Overall, it was an ok stay. The view was beautiful, the parking easy, the manager responsive, and the a/c worked. But thats about it. The water pressure was horrible and there was no hot water at all. When I inquired about it I was told the water pressure is too low so there will be no hot water. There are actually two bathrooms not one, and the second (much nicer) bathroom never worked because the water would not turn on. Other issues were all small inconveniences but there were quite a handful that ultimately left more to be desired. Things that would’ve helped include citronella candles for the balcony. The view is beautiful but the mosquitos are insane. There were no extra blankets or pillows anywhere. The second bedroom does not actually have an enclosed 4th wall (its an open sort of lattice) so at night it can be rather noisy with the trees hitting the windows when its really windy. Last bit that was a little odd for a rental was the only picture in one room was of a naked woman. Not a huge deal but not my fav with my young kids. Again, overall small inconveniences but the water was a big one.
