Great place and loved we could use the facilities at a sister hotel

This was more like an apartment then a hotel. The staff was super friendly, and the room was very clean. Looks like there might be some remodeling going on throughout the building. The apartment was supplied with a full kitchen to provide for making meals there and not eating out for the entire stay. Stayed 8 days and would stay again. The airport traffic was loud in the AM for a few flights then was pretty quiet considering the LARGE amount of people in San Juan.

There are no amenities besides 1 pool and spa. You do not access to the beach or any of the amenities at the hilton like the pictures show and there is no free parking.

What i like about the lagoon villas is that everything was literally minutes away from the location

I liked the view of the ocean from the balcony. The pool was nice and the beaches were just a short walk. It has plenty of restaurants to choose from all in walking distance. For my personal preference the mattresses were to firm. I thought the hot water ran out too quick in the shower. The room needs more electric outlets near the beds and a clock on the wall or dresser somewhere. The walls were thin as it seemed like we could hear everything the guests were doing in the next room. Overall it was good experience and would consider staying again if in the area without a doubt...

This hotel has excellent water views. The staff was more then friendly. They were very accommodating. Great area to safely walk around, great restaurants and a short walk to Old San Juan. Overall our stay was wonderful.

2 hour late check in, No extra bags, the refrigerator it's not a refrigerator it's a freezer, frozen everything the milk, eggs, ham, etc....

Beautiful view with Balcony. Very clean with nice furnishings. In the complex is a mall with a great food court with all different ethnic foods.
