Our unit was flooded due to a roof leak upon arrival. We were moved to a bigger room after calling, sending messages, and finally finding someone that worked there. No sense of urgency. The new room had a small puddle by a window. Water was leaking in through the electrical outlets, and some outlets were not working. The shower's water pressure was inconsistent, and the temperature was hard to regulate. There was no wall decor. There were no table lamps, only the harsh overhead lighting that was not dimmable. There were holes in the walls. The living area AC didn't have a remote. There was loud music from the café below till late at night. There was no daily refresh service. There was no elevator. There was no on-site security or maintenance staff. The lobby bathroom needed a key, but no one was there to give us a key.
