Our stay at Casa Condado was a great experience. They have a very friendly and helpful staff, which will guide you to the best places to visit while you're at San Juan. Their rooms are comfortable and clean for the price and the best thing about the hotel is their location. Just minutes away from the beach, restaurants and convenient stores. If you're looking for a come and quiet place to stay, while you're enjoying your days at the beach or exploring the island, Casa Condado is a great option!

I would just say that they can update the rooms , but there staff was a amazing and very helpful. Made my stay everything I wanted it to be .

The bed was terribly lumpy and hurt your back. No elevators to help get you to your room with your luggage when your older. No toilet paper or towel holders, bathroom was really tight. The staff was great though very helpful.

Central location to restaurants, beach & stores. Friendly staff. Very accommodating. However, no elevator; so if you cannot carry luggage up 2 or 3 flights of steps, look elsewhere.

Over-priced for a slightly sub-standard accommodation. No elevator, so great for exercise.

Staff was great and the hotel was pretty clean, I would stay here again!

Basic no frills hotel with extremely minimum amenities. Good location but no restaurant, pool, game room, exercise room, or any other basic amenities that you would normally find in a hotel of same. Room are dated, tv substandard in both size and quality of shows. Limited parking and cost $15/day. Very hard to get car out of parking due to the tiny area and the shape of the parking area.

I arrived to the hotel late that night and checked in. Once I got to the room I noticed that the floor was dirty, there was no iron or ironing board, no alarm clock, and no telephone in the room. There was no way of communication between me and the front desk. The only way to go was up/down stairs. There's no elevator in this hotel, but I knew that before hand. What bothered me the most was the bed. The mattress felt like a box spring, so hard and it had no cushion what soever. Replace those mattresses and you will get a better review. The hotel sits in a centralized location. It's close to the beach and the airport. Good luck!

When we check in we were 3 hours early so check in lady told us to come back later as the room still wasn't ready. When we came back on the right check in hour the room was still wasn't ready. The lady told us there is one room that is ready and it was a little bit bigger than the other room. Me and my partner were obviously appreciative on this however when we walked in the room the condition was bad. There was no toilet paper, the trash bin in the bathroom were empty, there was used razor and used soap still in the shower. Worst of all the tv were broken. Worst vacation while staying on this hotel. Cheap but wasn't worth it.

Staff super kind, 24 hours reception, great location close to everything, restaurants, beaches, Starbucks, rock café, bus station, and included a CVS 24h. Where to go: ocean park, old San Juan, Plazita

the hotel room was very nice. no air conditioning except in the rooms so quite uncomfortable

Excellent. Room was super clean. Staff is very helpful. Room is extremely comfortable. The WFI was useful. The only thing I didn't love was the lack of parking and the fact that you have to pay an additional $15 to reserved it.

However I would strongly the management to have available for guests coffe in the morning! In the room and/or common areas.

The hotel was better looking on the internet. The location was great though. Staff was decent, but not over thrilled about their jobs, or so it seemed.

very very nice, relax, A/c, water hot, clean, wifi etc.

Very nice, clean and quiet. Staff was awesome and very helpful. Close to several nice restaurants and only 2 or 3 blocks from the beach.

This hotel was perfect and safe!! The staff was tremendous and knowledge of what is going on around the area!! Will be back!!

Miguel at the front desk was awesome. I was able to check in one hour early. He was very helpful in planning an excursion for me and my son

Good place to stay for the price - 1 block from the main avenue of stores and restaurants, 2 blocks from the beach, about 10 minutes from the airport. Clean, simple rooms, friendly, helpful staff. If you'd rather be on the beach and exploring PR than hanging around a resort hotel, this is good bet. I'd definitely stay again.

Stayed at hotel during getaway with my husband. Hotel is very clean but room are just equipped with the bare minimal bed, TV and toilet. No dresser to unpack a suitcase or elevators but overall its decent for the price.
