Enjoy top restaurants, bars, beaches, supermarkets, and even a hospital just blocks away. The apartment features a full yet compact kitchen, a cozy living area, a balcony, and a shared outdoor patio. Casa Azola I offers the perfect spot for a memorable stay!
This charming property is part of a traditional casa comprised of two units—Casa Azola I on the first floor and Casa Azola II on the second—each with its own private entrance and the same layout and bedding arrangement. If you're interested in renting both units, please contact us.
DECORATION NOTE: We have been doing upgrades to the listing in between reservations. Recent updates include new mirrors in both the living room and bedroom, fresh decor in the living room with a new rug, coffee table, and decorative cushions, as well as new decorative cushions and throws in the bedrooms. Additionally, the nightstands and wardrobes in the bedrooms have been replaced with brand-new pieces.

Step into a stylish, mid-century-inspired living space with a comfortable sofa, reading chair, air conditioning throughout, Wi-Fi, and a 50” HDTV. GETTING AROUND
Casa Azola is located in the heart of it all. We recommend using Uber for transportation. The property does not offer parking, but you will find that Uber or walking will provide convenient access to all the nearby attractions.
LOCATION
Casa Azola I is located in Condado, a prime location in San Juan. The beach is just a 5-10 minute walk away, and everything you need—restaurants, parks, supermarkets, pharmacies, and shops—is within walking distance. You won’t need a rental car; Uber is a great option. The apartment is about 10 minutes from the airport.

TRAVEL INSURANCE
We strongly recommend that all guests purchase travel insurance, especially during the peak months of Hurricane Season, which are July to October. Travel insurance is inexpensive and will reimburse travelers for most expenses associated with canceling travel outside of the cancellation window; however, this will depend on what the coverage purchased covers. Make sure to review and understand the options before purchase. Disclaimer: we are not associated with any travel insurance companies.
AMENITIES
West Indies strives to deliver top-notch service and amenities to guarantee our guests feel at home while visiting our properties. All of our properties are outfitted with freshly laundered bed linens and towels. We provide 2 bath towels per guest and 1 beach/pool towel per guest. If you are staying for more than 3 nights and the property does not have a washer and dryer we can coordinate a complimentary towel changeover, subject to availability. Our properties typically include at least 2 beach chairs and an ice cooler.
West Indies provides the disposable amenities necessary to get your vacation off to a comfortable start. These amenities include 1 set of hotel-size soaps and shampoos per bathroom, 3 garbage bags, 1 roll of paper towel, 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, 1 dish soap, and 1 dish sponge. We do not provide unlimited disposable amenities. It is your responsibility to review what is included in the property and stock with whatever else may be needed for the duration of your stay.
HOUSE RULES
Check-in time is at 4:00 PM Check-out time is at 11:00 AM NO SMOKING: Smoking is strictly prohibited. A smoking fee of $500 will be charged if violated. NO PETS: No pets are allowed at any time. A $300 fine will be charged if violated and you will be expelled from the property. All bookings are contingent on signing a short-term rental agreement that will be sent via email. It must be signed within 48 hours of booking or before entering the property, whichever happens first. Maximum occupancy of 6 adults/children at all times. This includes visitors. Do not hang towels or clothes from balcony or windows. Max. occupancy is strictly enforced and exceeding it may result in immediate cancellation of booking or being expelled from the property. Towels and linens must only be used for their intended purpose. Do not stain them with food, grease or any other substance. Do not use towels to clean up any mess, stained towels/linens will be charged from damage deposit Subletting not allowed Host will not pay for hotel, vacation rental, or transportation expenses incurred because of an interruption in water or electrical service. If water or electricity is interrupted for more than 3 hours, guests have the option of cancelling their reservation and requesting a refund for the nights not used. Under no circumstances will we refund consumed nights.
