Best view in Puerto Rico

Our one bedroom one bath apartment is located on the seventh floor of the Racquet Club Condominium facing the Isla Verde Beach and the Atlantic Ocean. The bedroom has a king size bed, and the living room has a futon that converts to a full-size bed. The apartment has all the amenities of home including a fully equipped kitchen with an oven, microwave, dishwasher, and a refrigerator/freezer with an ice maker as well a free washer and dryer. The apartment is fully air conditioned. There is security 24/7 and free garage parking for one vehicle. Linens and towels are provided along with a limited number of beach chairs. Additional beach chairs and umbrellas can be rented on the beach. The condo has a large pool that can be used for swimming laps or just cooling off after a day at the beach.
Fast food and upscale restaurants as well as hotels and casinos are within walking distance. The nightly rate does not include a one time $80 cleaning fee and a $20 laundry fee.
The apartment is air-conditioned and features a kitchen and a patio, and there's space to spread out with a separate bedroom. Guests can expect to find free WiFi and a Smart TV with a DVD player. Other standard amenities include a private pool, a washing machine, and a coffee maker. Change of towels is available on request.

Great location

The building could use some updating. The apartment was clean and had everything needed for a family stay. The location was great. I was a bit disappointed that this did not have a balcony but being steps from the beach was convenient and stores and restaurants were walkable.
