The building itself has a few parking spots (first come, first served) or you may park anywhere on the street, there's always space. Although recommended since Puerto Rico has many wonderful destinations around the island, renting a car is not necessary. Being in a touristic area, Uber access is quick and priced fairly. This building is about 10-15 minutes away from Old San Juan and Condado (popular "downtown-like beach area").
