Es un lugar acogedor y sobre todo muyy limpio, siempre hay un olor agradable y las ropas de cama súper limpias así como las toallas, sus anfitriones siempre a la orden cuando usted los necesita siempre responden, incluso en horario nocturno, lo recomiendo totalmente !!!

Located in a great spot. Close to the beach and convenient store. Would definitely stay again. Also a suggestion hanging hooks would be great.

Our stay was underwhelming. Upon arrival, the host gave us the wrong lockbox code, which caused unnecessary confusion. The only positive was the location. it’s close to the beach and restaurants. Unfortunately, the space itself was not as expected: only one toilet paper roll was provided for five guests, not enough towels, and no beach towels. The furniture was in poor condition, with three unstable queen beds and an uncomfortable sofa bed. The unit had only one washroom for multiple guests, a mini fridge with no water, and very limited amenities (small table, microwave, and TV). The space did not feel clean, and the walls were thin, making it easy to hear guests in the other rented rooms. Parking was also not available, which made things difficult for our group. Recommendations: Provide enough basic supplies (toilet paper, towels, and water), invest in sturdier beds and a better sofa bed, and improve cleanliness. It would also be helpful to offer parking options and clarify in the listing that noise from other rented rooms can be heard. These changes would make the stay much more comfortable for future guests.

Unfortunately, the room has a lot of potential. However, there are some fixing of the walls perhaps checking for any leaks or mold. If not, then I would recommend cycling and painting. Cleaning of the windows. One bed has a broken base board. The other bed has a broken headboard. there is room for a large refrigerator however, there is only a mini refrigerator in the room. Other than that, the location was very convenient. We were in and out of the room, which is why a lot of this did not affect us as much as it would, if we were staying there every day

I came here with my three children and my husband for our stay in Puerto Rico. When we arrived, the property was not ready for us to check in immediately. The owners were gracious and came to clean the property to prepare it for our stay. Once we arrived, they were extremely apologetic. They said it was a miscommunication between the third-party and themselves. The place was not ready for us to say cleanliness wise. There was more than enough room for my children in their bedroom. They were two beds and a pullout bed underneath the bed. The master bedroom Had more than enough space for me and my husband. It is missing some of the amenities of our hotel like washcloths, closet space, hangers,an iron and plates, forks, napkins, etc. We did go to Walmart and get washcloths and an iron. We bought plastic cups, plates, and utensils. The mini fridge was great and we used it to keep the drinks cold. The air condition worked very well and it is in a nice area. The beach was really close by and the shower was extremely nice. The restaurants in the area were very nice. We used Door Dash for breakfast and they trouble finding the place. Overall it was an amazing trip and great location to get to things. Airport was like 8 minutes away and parking was accessible with the rental car we had.

Had a wonderful stay @3050 Place! The location is just perfect. You’re basically in the middle of everything on isla verde. Great restaurants nearby, free transit in the front and the beach is walking distance. The owners were so welcoming and super attentive making sure our stay was great. Will definitely be coming back.

Great area you get a lot of dining options and night life is amazing near by additionally the beach is across the street. The only thing it lacked was communication. We didn’t get any check in information until way after our check in time. The room is clean but lacked more amenities they only left 2 rolls of toilet paper the shower doesn’t drain properly. The AC once turned off was hard to turn back on and when it did it leaked all over the bed. Great hosts I’ll give them that. If you are looking for a affordable place in a great location I definitely recommend. I would stay here again despite the inconvenience. The host do amazing at replying about any issues in the room.

We very much enjoyed our stay. The property was beautifully remodeled. We did have a slow draining sink, but it was doable. The area was perfect. We were walking distance from everything- beach, grocery, dinner, etc. I'd stay here again
