Malgré la situation de l hôtel qui permet d observer le défilé du carnaval de dos, depuis la terrasse, c est hôtel n offre pas les prestations en rapport avec le prix payé. Même si le prix se justifie en partie par le carnaval de Pasto. Plus de 85 euros par nuit sans petit déjeuner….pour dormir dans une chambre ou on a l impression de dormir sur la route, une salle de bain étriquée qui inonde a chaque douche pas d articles de toilettes mis a disposition… Et n acceptent pas le paiement par CB mais ca on vous le dit a votre arrivée ce qui inadmissible ….généralement les hôtels préviennent avant …..
