Welcome to our beautiful property that is Villa Fondo situated in La Font just 2 minutes by car from the lovely costal town and beaches of El Campello.

This property sleeps 12 guests and consists of 5 bedrooms, 4 of which have ensuite facilities. 3 of the bedrooms are situated on the ground floor and the remaining 2 bedrooms are on the 1st level. There is also a separate toilet on the ground floor for general use.

The property has 2 large air conditioning units which provide sufficient cool air to make your stay more comfortable.

This villa has been constructed in a split level open style and decorated in light airey colours which give the property a wonderful, open spacious feeling.

On the ground floor there is the fully fitted spacious kitchen/dining area where you can prepare any culnery delights you may wish to make during your stay.

There is a separate dining area which is open plan and leads you to the living area. There is a flat screen wall mounted TV and internet/wifi is also provided for your comfort.

The stairs will take you to the upstairs level where you can relax in another beautiful seating area. There are also 2 bedrooms on this level.

Outside there is a spacious terrace which is excellent for afresco dining and also provides shade if the sun is a little too much for you. There is also a barbecue should you have a Masterchef in your party.

The very impressive pool is situated in a large private well kept garden and there are 8 sunbeds to enable you to while away the hours taking advantage of the beautiful sunshine that the Costa Blanca provides.
