This property exudes a cool modern vibe. It is just two small blocks away from the center of town. However, the larger suite with breakfast all at half the price at Guayaba Inn made me wish I had stayed at the other property entirely

Would recommend however the people at front desk were not always friendly, it really depended who was there. We were surprised by the hit or miss treatment because of the amount of time we spent there in the restaurant, bar, and the shop. Not to mention we booked a second room during our stay. So most of our money spent in San Cristobal went directly to the hotel. The rest of the hotel staff was amazing and made up for it. Along with the beauty of the grounds and hotel.

Beautiful hotel and restaurant. Service amazing, more so in the restaurant and the room maintenance people than at front desk. Front desk people were hit or miss and not as friendly as the employees throughout the rest of the hotel. The gentleman that was the overnight front desk reception was the friendliest, with the day time people being a touch on the snotty side. Somewhat disappointing but not enough to ruin our stay or our love for hotel Bo. We will return.
