Several points. 1. The Internet at the hotel was not at all good. It was down several times. If makes the hotel not ver useful for the people who are University visitors and who works with the internet all the time. 2. The laundry at the hotel does not work properly. After several attempts to start the machine we had to give up. We had to go to a public laundry nearby.

I went to check in at 10:00pm and they told me they didn't have any rooms available, even though I prepaid and my card was already charged! Completely outrageous and unacceptable! I even called a couple hours before then to verify what their latest check in time was which they told me 2:00 a.m. so they should have told me at that time that they had no more rooms!
