Do not trust this hotel , i pay Expedia for this reservation and the hotel charged my wife for a new reservation, they ask my wife for a credit card for any additional charges and they just make a new reservation, Expedia need to stop using this hotel or solved this matter or i won't uses Expedia again

I always feel welcome and at home when I stay at Hotel Palma Real. Everyone at the hotel is always so nice and attentive. The food is great, and rooms are always clean. Plus, there are nearby buses to go anywhere.

La atencion fue excelente, la ubicacion tb es buena. Pero fotos q tienen en Expedia tienen bastante photoshop porque las habitaciones no son lo q muestran exactamente, por lo Menos, las habitaciones regulares. La atencion y limpieza si fueron buenas.

Staff was excelent! The only problem i had is that the A/C is not strong enough and can get a little hot. I was down at 2 am since i couldnt sleep and they gave me an electric fan and upgraded me to a suite that could regulate the temperature at will, still the A/C was a little lacking but it was enough for me to get comfortable. The hotel staff was great! Breakfast was delicious and the lunch/dinner options were very tasty. Overall I had a wonderful time at this hotel!

Place was nice, clean and good service. The bartender Nelson was great. Only thing I didn't care for was being charged $12 extra for parking. I don't think there's a need to pay for parking at a hotel.
