The staff was fine. I must be honest, my bed was extremely uncomfortable. The place is extremely loud with motorcycles all the time. I asked for a room with just a view of anything. Actually they have a board on the window to block any view. Very questionable location.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. We took advantage of the gym and breakfast in the morning. Our only issue was the street noise from traffic. Gel earplugs did the trick.

Our room was super clean , had everything we needed like towels, blankets and pillows. The staff were very kind and welcoming. They also helped us with ordering our taxi. The breakfast was delicious as well! The property is close to airport, also walking distance to local super markets, pharmacies and food. I definitely recommend staying here.

The Bamboo was a great apartment hotel for a one night stay in San José. We had airline problems/last minute cancellation with American Airlines and didn't get in until late. The hotel made sure someone was there late and when we needed to go out to meet up with local friends they provided us with the garage gate opener. The breakfast was a great local home made dish.

Great stay in all u need for a great stay

It was very safe and comfortable and the owner was so nice we got there like 1 am because of the drive we to to do on the mountain. She very helpful. The breakfast was delicious everything was amazing just the bed a little noisy. I would stay again very nice appartments
